We had a service tech come out he said his name was Justin Weld he was was helpful and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He serviced our unit an made sure everything was running properly before he left. Very helpful and respectful ! we will be calling these guys for our HVAC needs if needed in the future!

Ed, the technician, was extremely helpful and professional. Did a quality and great job. I am absolutely pleased with his service. I must also add that HEP guarantees their work, with a no-hassle resolution of any subsequent issues, for example, during this visit, the technician determined that the PRV the company installed for me last year appears not working properly, and he proactively contacted his office and got a new PRV installed immediately, without any hassle. Great customer service!

Called to get a Quote on a Mini- Split. Quoted a Carrier system for 5800.00. Now the electrical had been Run To where the Unit would be placed This job would take no more than one day at the very most. Found a carrier unit online for 1457.00. So Basically 4400.00 labor for one man 8 hours tops. Having installed for 2500.00.
