Jorge and Matthew are fantastic plumbers. Their work was top-notch, efficient, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The Team of Zach, Brian and Jimmy did a thorough search to identify the issue regarding the RSV valve. Being an older home, they took the time to find the problem. Provided updates throughout. I have purposely waited 3 months to write my review for roofing services I received by John Levardi because I wanted to make sure my shingles stayed on and they did!! John was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to repair areas that other roofers were not. I am thankful for all his help. I definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.

From the first meeting with David, it was very professional and quick. Once everything was scheduled the electrician Cosmin, was great very fast and good work not only did the required work but also made sure it was now up to code. Once the plumbers, Brad and Corbin, showed up they were just as professional their work was done very well and kept me informed at all times. Everyone involved went above my expectations. I would hire again for future needs as long as it is the same group that I got today.

I was part of their loyalty program, because they did satisfactory work when installing my walk in shower. I had an leak with the basin of my kitchen sink. I called, they arrived on Friday, reviewed the situation and determined that the cost for the strainers and plumbing would be $290.00. The plumber only had one strainer on his van and said he would have to come back on Monday. There was no other work done, no other plumbing work, only replaced a $30.00 strainer within 60 minutes. Told me to use the other side of the sink, it would be fine to use. He was WRONG!! HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FIX THE OTHER SIDE!! THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO GO TO A LOCAL STORE TO GET THE PART.THEY CHARGE FLAT FEES AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. YOU AGREE TO PAY BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE!! DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!

Justin was more than professional, and also prided me with some possible services that may be needed in the future! Overall 5 star service. Justin deserves a pay increase.

I recently got another high water and sewage bill and couldn’t figure out what was going on after thoroughly searching the house and found nothing. I then searched my driveway and found a pool of water but I wasn’t sure if it was from a recent rain shower. I called HEP and Jesus & Matt came out and confirmed that was my problem & they proceeded to replace and repair the leak. They did an outstanding job even though they had to wait a little bit on the city utilities to cut off the water at the meter due to it being seized up. I am well pleased with their professionalism and the manner they kept me informed throughout. I will be calling HEP again for any home repairs that arise. Thanks again.

Adam & Josh did a great job installing our island lighting. Very professional & courteous. The job was done quickly & they cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend HEP for electrical jobs!
