Service tech was competent and polite. He gave good recommendations which lead to a good solution. He cleared the plugged drain and replaced the piping that was required.

If you want the best, use HEP and request Jorge Saldana. Our cottage had several pipes freeze and then burst after several days of single digit temperatures. We were completely without running water and had no luck finding any plumber that could get to us. We called HEP and they sent Jorge to us the same day! The only thing better than the quality of his work was the respectful, dedicated, kind and compassionate manner in which he carried it out. The repair proved to be more involved than we originally expected and he stayed well past 9pm working on the repair to ensure that the repair was correct and complete and to make sure we had running water when he left. AND HE WAS SO NICE AND HAPPY TO HELP!!!!!!! Talk about WOW factor. Just when we thought customer service was totally dead, Jorge came along and changed our mind. Again I say, if you want the best, call HEP and ask for Jorge.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Donald and Chino had it installed and running in no time. I didn't know that we were getting a new pad and gravel included... looks great! Excellent crew!

Randall arrived on time for plumbing inspection. He was courteous, thoroughand honest with his findings as well as including me in the inspection so that I was understanding of the discussion. I appreciate his integrity, terrific customer service and patience!

Ed was very professional and qualified. I felt comfortable and was glad he was there to fix the problem. We had a couple of extra problems arise and he handled it professionally. He did a great job and stayed late to finish the job on New Years Eve. Thank you Ed.

Had an emergency heat issue and HEP was the only company that got someone out here. The installer willie was amazing. Took the time to explain everything. Showed me the fuse which was blown and replaced it. -Brad Duffey
