HEP is on the way

Ed was very professional and very helpful. HEP and their employees have saved me from a previous bad Contractor. How refreshing!

I had a great experience with HEP coming and cleaning out a clogged kitchen sink for me. The clog was a lot deeper than I thought so I was unable to fix the issue myself, but I called HEP and they sent Steve out to fix the issue. Steve did a great job and fixed the issue quickly, and explained everything he was doing. He was professional and respectful and I would definitely use HEP for future issues.

HEP is not not on the way. We called as an emergency on a Friday night. No problem, they said. We will be out between 8 AM to 1PM to assess. Nothing. I called back and was told that they were running late. Things happen; I get that. They said they’d be out between 1 and 6 PM. Nothing. No calls to give an update. Nothing. I called at 6 and they said we are still on the schedule. I asked if this was now between 6 PM and 12 AM and they said they didn’t know but probably after 9. I have a family member having surgery on Monday morning and needed hot water in the house when they return home. If you can’t do the job, just be upfront and say that you can’t do the job. This company strings people along but doesn’t deliver. I know how days can get out of hand and this company is probably quite capable, I can’t attest. But transparency and communication are key. This company showed neither today.

Adam was awesome! Quick and professional service. Got my water heater electrical issue sorted out in no time. Would highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs.

Josh Sims came out to fix a clogged drain at my mother's house. He was very courteous and professional, and did an excellent job.

The two techs were very honest respectable prompt very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed by the way they conducted themselves it was my pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet them both. I pray that God will Bless them abundantly🙏🙏!!

Text appointment reminder when appointment made. Very professional calls 45 minutes before. Very professional guys came and did inspections. I would definitely recommend both of the guys that came. Charlie and Wes were very friendly also.

Very professional septic cleaning. One call to HEP and they sent plumbing team (Jason) to pull the toilet and run a camera to locate and inspect the tank. Then they scheduled the excavation team (Stephen) to cut some concrete (very clean cut job), excavate the lid, and install a risercap. Then sent the pump truck (Will) to clean it out. Each team was very professional and very quick. I cannot recommend this company more for household repair services. I will definitely be using them for other jobs around the property.

Josh was the technician that worked on our plumbing issue. He was extremely thorough with communicating his response time and explanation of the problem once found. Not only did he tackle the issue with great efficiency, but he made sure to leave the area clean; maybe even better than he found it. Super nice and friendly guy!

Technicians have great personalities! The company has a PRICE LIST that will cause the price to increase quickly. For example $167 to install a toilet. If the work does not hold up in a week then the PRICE LIST starts again. Do not forget to check your warranty because it will be $68 to come fix the repair that did work. Then, the PRICE LIST starts again. No warranty. Oh yes, on the positive, they did refund the $68 service fee for coming out to our home. We did not allow any new repairs due to fear of the PRICE LIST!
