Eric and Chloe were very friendly off the bat. Informative, understanding and personal in giving our quote. Though ultimately we decided to go with another company, our experience with them was a pleasant one.

Patrick was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He took care of the problem and did so in a very kind efficient way!

Unrelated to the work of Patrick it was a little bit confusing as to what was going to happen, and when someone could get help here! I spoke with someone on Saturday night that told me I would get service around eight in the morning, but the person was not able to be here until much later in the morning But that had nothing to do with the good efficient service that Patrick provided! I will always continue to use HEP!

Brandon was an excellent service technician. Beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose the issue and schedule a repair. Highly recommend..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The telephone customer service was the worst I have ever encountered and they tried to scam me out of 7,800.00 for a new septic system that I DID NOT NEED! They still charged me over 550.00 and did not fix anything! I called a different company the next day. They came out immediately and fixed my problem in 45 minutes for 365.00! I am a woman and they saw an opportunity to scam me! Unbelievable!

Two parts of the house I live in had big flooding after the huge storm that just happened and Ernest came out and fixed it! He was very professional and caring and quick. Totally saved my apartment and made my day better

Jacob, Adolfo, and Richard were super knowledgeable and super professional! We upgraded to a 4 ton unit which they ended up having to replace duct work, add extra ducts, etc to accommodate to new larger unit as well as sealing off our old attic vent and installing a new one. The process from start to finish was in good hands and I am so grateful for all of their hard work!

Jorge, Brad, &Hunter three of the best engineers I have ever met. Brad came out gave me consultation and explained to me what exactly need to happen to get me my hot water heater running again. Jorge and Hunter executed and installed my heater while explaining exactly what Brad explained in a timely fashion!!! I will definitely keep them in my contacts for future reference and refer them out! THANK YOU!

Dave and Chandler were responsive, early and willing to go an extra mile to make sure our home was left in a better situation. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of the team members. Installation/Repairs were relatively quick and high quality.
