Love this place!! They are so helpful! Excellent service with us newbies past few years of being new riders. Absolutely 💯 customers friendly n patience with us. At times a bit pricey... but, we get it with what we want with our rv! I'd recommend anytime. Better prices than camp world.

Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and knowledgeable. Today, most times, that is rare. In my experience, it has been hard to trust repairmen. They prey on a woman's ignorance of repair problems and charge extra. I felt at complete ease with this company's employees and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for your help and honesty.

As we were transiting south from WV to AL we discovered a problem with the base plate on the tow vehicle we tow behind our motorhome while hooking up after out first stop. The base plate moved while I was hooking up. Not good. On closer inspection I found a broken bolt. Obviously no more towing and as we were on the road we weren't sure where to go. Our next stop was Chattanooga, TN. We found Northgate Parts via a Blue Ox Dealer search. Naturally they were completely booked for the next three weeks as most RV repair places are these days. But since we were passing through they worked us in. I brought the car in the next day at the time they requested, they immediately took it to the shop and within the hour had diagnosed the problem and repaired. Of the six bolts holding the baseplate on, two were broken and the others were loose. Couldn't have been happier with all the folks working here, the facility (which was spic and span), and the RV maintenance manager was about as cordial and professional as they come. I'd take my coach in there in a minute! Thanks Northgate Parts! You saved our trip.

I brought my living quarters trailer there for an issue with the hot water heater. Everyone there was helpful and very professional. They quickly found the issue and showed me how to prevent the issue in the future. I am not planning on taking my trailer anywhere else! Thanks Northgate RV!

Always had a good experience, one little mishap, and out storage spot out back went up in price like the week after we got it! Such are the times tho! Those are only reason for minis a star... Otherwise, wouldn't hesitate to send somebody there

Did a great job fixing our RV quickly when we lost power in 100 degree weather! We have been very impressed with other repairs on our unit. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive from Northern Parts, Inc. They installed my HVAC in my new home. They have been extremely helpful to me in answering and explaining any questions I have had about it. Including questions about warranty and service, etc.
