A great place to take your RV to be serviced. Harvey, the service manager, has always been fair with pricing and to my knowledge has never tried to sell me any service that wasn't needed to keep my RV in good running order. I feel that they take great care in determining what needs to be done in order to correct the problem that I have with my motorhome. I have been taking my motorhome here for more than 10 years and would highly recommend their services.

They were very helpful in both fixing my camper and helping me with things I needed!!

Have taken my 27” Fleetwood Outback trailer here for the past year. Every time I come they exceed my expectations.

This time I had an insurance claim which was very complicated. They took care of all the damage/concerns and helped me out on the deductible. Will definitely continue using Northgate!

Having left my trailer at CW for 4 weeks and all they did was move it to long term parking, I was less than amused. I happened across Northgate while camping at Fall Creek Falls, so I stopped in to see if they could do some work for me. They actually apologized that it would be a week before they could work on it so I dropped off off. The work was completed on 4 days and it was exemplary! On top of that, I am certain they worked much longer than I was charged. Even though I live in Nashville, I will be taking my trailer there any time I need work.

Best place ever to have your camper or MH worked ... we will use them from now on ... so clean and efficient ... they know how to actually repair instead of replace ... and they do not try to RIP you off ... love them !! ... great people ... they just fixed our refrigerator while we waited ... they actually knew what they were doing ...

Our company purchases all of our mobile home installation supplies from Northgate. The parts manager, John, is very easy to work with and I feel they always give us a competitive price. Best of all they deliver to our community and are very accommodating during the offload process. I've worked with other suppliers and this one is certainly the best in our area.

Called about one of their trucks speeding in a 20 mph zone. They were very friendly and stayed they would check the GPS and find out who it was

They are very helpful and know what you need even when you don't. Lol if you need parts 153 is awesome.

Great selection in showroom n parts department. Customer service was outstanding. No corporate store attitude, etc just good people stuff.

These folks usually always have what you need in stock and are very quick to help you find what you are looking for unlike CW that is so busy you wonder if you're ever going to make it to the counter.
