Ed was excellent! Very kind and friendly. Gave me clear explanations about the process from beginning to end. He took his time and made sure his work was done well, and we really appreciate that!

Unfortunately we had a pipe break during the cold front a couple weeks ago. We had that fixed and decided to replace all our old copper pipes. Josh and Matt did a great job. They were punctual, professional and explained to us what they were doing. They also cleaned up really well after they were finished!

The plumbers showed up when they were scheduled. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Great professional team. Highly recommend this company for all you plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs! Justin Akins is the new electrician for the Cleveland location.

Charlie is phenomenal! He came on a call for us and helped me understand not only what he was doing but also what to come. He was very transparent and understanding on how stressed I was over what was going on with our septic. He didn’t rush and was not bothered as I asked questions about what was next! Epitome of customer service standards when setting the tone for a positive experience! Because of our service call I now know exactly what company I will be using for my properties!

Christian and Jacob were very professional in the entire process of installing our new HVAC system. They both made sure the job was performed to my satisfaction. They both worked very hard on this very non-typical installation. Thanks to these guys for their awesome work. I couldn't have asked for a better job done.

BEWARE!!! This company is a money making scheme. Tried to charge me over $350 before the work (clogged drain in the kitchen) was even started while telling me it may not even fix a clog. I asked them to call me before they sent someone out and let me know what the general pricing was to unclog a drain, instead just showed up and demanded $68 plus tax. They do not guarantee they can fix it! Then when it doesn’t fix it they will try another service until you racked up a huge bill… if the snake did not work it would have been over $350. Then if they tried to jet it that is another $700+ and while never guaranteeing you a fixed product. Jesus Saldana was the technician, but from what I gather his hands are tied and not his fault. My only issue with him is the first thing you say to a customer is not “I don’t know if that will fix it, but I’m going to have to charge you anyway whether it fixes it or not.” As a business owner (electrician) I can’t show up to someone’s home and charge them a service and say this may fix it. I diagnose the problem and tell them this will fix it and here is the price to fix it! Don’t pay their monthly $7 monthly fee… making millions off some of these idiots just paying a fee for nothing… Call Choo Choo Rooter near Soddy Daisy they guarantee their work for half the cost! Don’t waste you time or money on this money making scheme company.

Tried to scam with saying i have belly in pipe and i have to pay 5300 on top of 717 and 68 service fee i have already paid. Thankfully I contactacted a local plumber and he opened drain and everything working fine. They havent clear tha clog at first place and scammed me 3 day with new service every time. Never go for low pressure jetter they have for 717$ its low pressure and backsup if there is a clog.

I noticed my freon pipes froze friday evening as I was leaving for the weekend. I called HEP to get a tech out on Monday and the service was great. Patrick McGraw showed up Monday afternoon and after he took a look at the system, he decided to add freon to the system. The whole process was fairly quick and he was very respectful.

Jacob and Christian was very professional and polite. They finished the job in a timely manner. Answered all questions about the job they done. I would recommend them to others. Thanks for a great job!
