Had a leaking hot water heater, Joe Carpenter came out and took care of the situation. Explained everything thoroughly, was very professional and made us feel welcome to use their service. Highly recommend the company.

Resolved our water heater problem in a timely manner. All personnel were very knowledgeable and performed excellent work and were safety concerned. A special thanks to Tyler, Mallory, and Garrett. Would not hesitate to call on HEP for any future need.

David Nolan did a great job. Fast response and professional. Brad Duffy came back the next day and did even better. So thankful for HEP making sure we didn't have any more leaks. Thank you!!

Corbin Roe was our tech. He showed up and had our toilet fixed within 15 minutes. He was incredibly professional and got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using this service again if we ever need them.

Excellent! LBD Services had incorrectly installed components for our shower and this company fixed everything. Tommy and Corbin were amazing! I called around 9am and they came out by 10:30 am. They fixed everything in less than an hour. They showed me the parts and explained what they were doing. They were reasonably priced, too. I'll call them again for future services as they also do electrical work. Efficient, respectful, and punctual! And those are hard qualities to find these days. Great work!

Chandler, Dimo, Tommy and Colby were all very professional. All were interested in doing a quality job and were understanding about the concerns i have with the plumbing in my older home. I will definitely consider using HEP for future home repairs. Thanks, HEP!!!

The tech Jose was very professional and straightforward. He gave me a fair price estimate on the repairs needed and was able to make some repairs today. The repairs he couldn’t make today, he quickly set up an appointment to come and do those within two days.Very very pleased with the company and especially the tech.

Ed did a great job. Thank you Ed for your hard work You were great. Office not so much told me they would be sure that service technicians would have a camera to check system that wasn’t true said technician would be here between 8-1 that wasn’t true 2 days in a row. Office not to good at knowing their job and being honest. 5 star to Ed. 1 star to the office. Might have to look at other companies simple because of the lies.
