HEP is on the way

Very quick response. Main pipe was clogged since last week. Called 5 different locations, all unavailable, a couple places were booked for 2 weeks, 2 never picked up with voice boxes full. HEP picked up quickly, and Aaron and William showed up early and had me back up and running. Great guys, great humor and personalities, quickly resolved the issue and gave a military discount. Great to work with and I am greatly appreciated for the quick response and getting me and my family back up and running. I Highly recommend HEP to anyone looking for good and quick service to all your plumbing and AC needs. Thank you so much HEP, Aaron and William for your time and help. 5 stars!!!!!

The technician, Cody P., was here this morning and did what he had to do. Had a clogged kitchen drain due to the pitch. He fixed the pitch and was very professional. Later on that day, I noticed the kitchen drain was not draining. He came right back out and had it fixed within 45 minutes.

Dustin and Zach did a great job working on our thermostat and Ronnie and aavi did an amazing install. I am so happy with my service at HEP they are fast and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

If you’re in need of a plumber in the Claiborne County area, do not waste your time calling HEP. I’ve known there is a leak in the wall of my bathroom for a couple of days, just a drip when the water is running from the shower, sink, or toilet. When the plumber showed up he basically called me a liar. Was only here for about 30 minutes, and said it was 100% not a plumbing issue. All the while, there is water starting to come through my bathroom flooring. I was so upset when he left. $170 service charge for someone to call me a liar. I’m

Had some communication issues between different departments that we needed to do the repair we needed. Got a phone call from Chasta dispatch to setup the repair. Explained to her what all had happened she got right to work and got everything figured out for us and made it happen highly suggest using this company because they do great work and have fair prices. Only down fall is the communication between departments which was resolved by Chasta she’s amazing and knows how to communicate even on her off day I got a call to make sure that everything was setup talk about going above for your customers she sure does.

My tech was awesome and the whole experience from Phillip doing the work to Jessica taking my payment, everything about my experience with HEP was great! I will definitely recommend HEP! Thank you!

Spend 500 dollars for someone to spray a water hose at your unit. Then! Then and only then will they leave not check if your A/C even works after they are done. I mean good god the one freeze warning we get and you forgot to hook my unit up so we had to freeze out in our house because of you? I would expect a refund but I know that won’t happen. They at least came out and fixed it. Only after being frozen all night!

Jordan from Maryville was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly clear and what needed to be done and what the problem was also did his best to get it done as quickly as possible.
