HEP is on the way

We had Larry and Jorge come and fix a leak in our ceiling from the upstairs plumbing. They did amazing! They were also a thrill yo talk to. Definitely recommend them! 100%

Called on a Sunday, came out within a few hours and earlier than estimated. Very professional. Did air conditioning repair in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

The technician, Tim Andersen was friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He repaired the AC unit and answered questions I had while observing his work. He has 17 years experience and it shows. Very good and straightforward, does not try to upsell.

Jason Palmer and Charles Roberts were wonderful. Jason quoted the job and Charles did our hot water replacement. They were great and professional. Will use them again.

Hep has a wonderful employee named Joseph Carpenter. He came out to our home and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use hep again bc of the great work Joseph Carpenter did at our home .

John did an amazing job and was very professional and on time with expected time of finishing. Jessica and Keisha were great back in the office also. I am extremely pleased and will definitely use HEP again!

Have had a number of plumbing and HVAC issues in a building I own. The plumbing issue was handled by Jordan Keller. He was excellent, diagnosing the problem causing the leak (which turned out to be an HVAC problem) and then doing the necessary repairs to limit the damage from the leak. Very professional and courteous. Asked for him by name when the problem came back and he was able to resolve the plumbing issues quickly.

Richard Watts was the HVAC tech that came. He was able to identify the cause of the leak and worked with me to get to a plan of action.

The next day, the install crew came to replace the system and Jeremy Hidden and his partners Jacob Newman and Adolfo Avila handled the whole process throughout the day. Hard working crew!

Will definitely be using HEP in the future!

I took them a week just to fix one pipe. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday. That part was easy. When you schedule an appointment they do you like the cable company and give you a 4 hour window of time that they say a technician will come. I took a half day off work and nobody showed up. The next day a sales guy showed up, but no technician to do the work. Third day they showed up did half the work then left around 11AM. Leaving a four foot deep trench open in my front lawn. I called and asked what the hold up was and they said they need to get a permit and schedule a time for an inspector to come out and inspect the job before they could come back and finish (They had already had three days to do that). The next day it rained all day filling the trench with water and turning my lawn into a muddy mess. I had to call too get a copy of the contract which was missing two things I had asked to have done and already paid for. The fith day they tech finally came back and back filled the trench, but did not add gravel or straighten the meter box. The tech said they don't do that they'd have to charge extra for the gravel and the city would have to straighten the meter box. All of which I asked to have done and the sales guy said they would do. I was credited back $300 for my trouble. Never again!

After being coerced (high pressured sales tactics) into buying a new HVAC unit, it died 6 weeks later. After tech diagnosed the problem (new compressor died) was told new compressor would be installed next day. No one showed next day, no answer at company (4pm) on a Friday, holiday weekend of course. No reply to messages left over weekend. On Tuesday after angry call, was called back and told when the warehouse lets them know about the "part" they would call me back. Bought the unit because was "American Made" and locally sourced. After 5 days without AC, am ready to go back to Chinese sources.

Called Hep Plumbing to replace a outdoor water spigot that had frozen up and broke.
Nothing more. $25.00 part. 20 minutes to replace. Simple job...
They sent a guy out. $109.00 travel fee on the phone. I had reminded them it's $34.00 they said you are right per there ad. The total to replace that was $650.00 I told them they are nuts to Charge that much. I said go away
Then they called me and wanted there $34.00 Travel Change. I just hung up on them. Do not do business with these people!!!! They will rip you off....
