These guys are absolutely wonderful! I woke up to find my downstairs unit not working properly. I spoke with the owner, Tj, and he said he could have someone out the very same day. When Quincy arrived, he was polite, down to earth, professional, and quick to work. I cannot thank these guys enough for their speediness and professionalism!

During a heat wave Quincy with 865 HVAC came out after hours to assess the problem. I appreciate him working late into the evening to make sure the AC was working. Every one I talked to was very professional. They worked me in even though they had a ton of calls. It speaks to the quality of the company and their employees to keep helping customers after the 8 work day is over. A+ Will call again if I need any HVAC help.

I called TJ on a Sunday afternoon, he had his tech at my house the following Monday. I left a key out for him, he handled everything professionally and respectfully, leaving everything as it was. They fixed the issue promptly and my AC was back up and running within 2 hours. TJ sent me the techs diagnosis and repair with pic of issue. I highly recommended 865 HVAC to anyone needing a reliable and professional company.

This company is amazing and the only one we use. I thought we were having issues with our heat, and they were prompt to look at the issue. They were very honest and told me it was not my unit that was the problem. Their honesty and integrity is what makes me continue to call them. They have in the past replaced 1 of our units, and fixed several issues with my older unit. They are always on time, kind, and helpful.

This was our first time using 865 HVAC. We thought our air went out and TJ was able to come the same day to check. It turned out my son flipped off the switch near our furnace but TJ was honest and kind! Would definitely recommend…we will be using them with any future needs!
