I had a great experience with Universal Heating and Cooling! They were incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and very professional/thorough. I highly recommend them!

Made online appt which wasn’t through company , hmm, I called company to check the time frame for same day appt, Billy stated no accnt or appt had been made, the email wasn’t there’s , hmmm, anyway , the accnt info was taken via phone & appt set for same day, within 15 minutes a tech was on the way & within 1 hour our AC was working again in 1st week of Sept with temps 86 today, house was 81 degrees inside, I was amazed at how quick & professionalism & cost was in mid to higher range for capacitor replacement, we are very pleased with our first time use of Univeral heat & AC & will be using them in future if needed. Highly recommend this company for emergencies HVAC repairs!! Beware & only book through call to office as high hackers received our personal info not financial info!!

Donato, Ryan, and Ramos were quite efficient. Installed and left very quickly after they completed. Great job.

Great company, have been using for years. All the techs are helpful (and good with kids/dogs, which is a plus). Never late to an appt, responsive. Never try to upsell something I don't need (including making several trips out to try to patch up a leaky coil instead of only offering a full system replacement as others did).

Jackson, Donato, and Ramos were very nice and professional. They did a great job.

The technicians replaced the old dryer line quickly and efficiently.They were clean and courteous, and the new clothes dryer is actually drying clothes. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Billy performed a very thorough maintenance check. He was on time, answered my questions, was very professional and he always does a great job. Thank you, Billy and Universal!

Tim delivered the bad news that my system needed to be replaced. He answered my questions calmly and showed pictures of the rusted components he was professional
