Universal Heating & Cooling

I'm always grateful when this company gets here so quickly especially when it's hot and the AC isn't working. We've done business with these people for years. Today we got news that our 23 year old unit has finally given us her best. I'm thrilled to be getting a new more efficient and modern ac/heater. They scheduled quickly and even upgraded our thermostat! I recommend them highly!

Tim was so amazing and fast.He knows A/C systems very well. Thanks Tim for fixing our Air Conditioner. I don't know who Billy D but Billy Fewell referred me.

Very nice from beginning to end. Professional and so nice. Austin was great he explained to me what went out on my unit and what needed to be fixed.

My HVAC unit failed, Universal came out the next day to inspect and quote me a new unit (which was reasonably priced). They came out on the next business day with that new unit and installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly.

I've used Universal Heating and Cooling for years and they always are able to take care of my needs. They work around my schedule and I think they are a great company to use. I have my units serviced twice a year and it's good to know that everything is working properly going into the Summer and the Winter. Thanks again to Universal for another job well done!

After going through 3weeks without a gas cooktop we finally found one at Lowe’s. We had difficulty getting it delivered due to weather. Lowe’s doesn’t install cooktops anymore. At 5 weeks without a cooktop, we couldn’t find anyone to
install our gas cooktop until we called Universal.
They were amazing! I reached them at 12:15 and there was a repairman at my house by 1:00 PM! He installed the new cooktop, hauled away the old one and tidied up anything he had to rearrange to get it in. He was very kind and polite. Very professional. The lovely woman who answered the phone was so kind and efficient. I can’t wait to boil something!
I can recommend Universal wholeheartedly without Reservation! 47 years in business and I can see why! Call them. You will not regret it!
