Two super employees

Heat out this morning, called Universal and time range indicated for service technician to come. Billy was here at the beginning of the time window stated. Friendly, professional, Efficient diagnosis showing furnace board out-probably from surge from lightning in immediate area yesterday, other GFIs tripped in the house already noted. Part available locally, Billy picked that up and promptly returned and installed, heat back to normal function.

Tim has been to my house for service work before and as always is neat, quick and very professional about his job. We have use Universal Heating & Cooling for 40 years and have always been treated TERRIFICEACH TIME.

I've worked with Universal a few times now. They have always been good to respond, professional, and fairly priced. My go-to!

He very nicely explained that I had neglected cleaning my unit and it would need replaced. I asked for a pacific brand of unit . He said no problem. Will get a install of new unit on Friday at a reasonable price . Very happy . This summer I will be cool . Now I will find a cleaning person to clean my unit regularly. I hope you know someone that does that. Lesson learned.

East to use their website. A person call me back shortly after booking the appointment to verify the details. The service person called to let us know he was on the way and he showed up on time. You can ask for more that that.

Austin, Ramos, Donato and Jackson at Universal provided great service at a fair price. They were courteous, considerate and hardworking. I would definitely recommend them.
