Tim was quick to ID the problem. Friendly and knowledgeable. Quick repair, but he also shared the status of the other AC components. As crazy as our temps are getting, we signed up for their 1 year inspection program.

Called on Thursday afternoon to get them to inspect and evaluate the AC in a house I am in the process of purchasing. Technician called back Friday morning, we talked and they had someone there just after lunch and they fixed the issue on the spot. Been working with this company for over 25 years. They always do what they say and they never try to take advantage of you. Highly reccomend!!

My mom had recommend them after a big company (same name as TN governor) had tried to get her to buy a new system to replace one that was 5 years old universal found the simple part and at a fantastic price! We just asked them to look at our heating system. The fix was quick beyond reasonable. Our tech was professional fast friendly. And explained with pics exactly what happened! I have years in building and facility admin work. Universal is absolutely someone that should be your first call!
