Universal Heating & Cooling

In my 40 years of home ownership I have never experienced a better HVAC company. I started using them on neighbors recommendations and the two times I have wanted help they have exceeded expectations.

The blower went out on my A/C during extremely hot temps. Called Universal and they responded in a very timely manner where other companies there was a very long wait. Thankful to Tim for going ahead and ordering the part.

Tim was so nice and polite. Took care of things in no time. He was on time as well. Hope now my gas bill will be lower since he worked on it.

Universal has come out twice - once for emergency maintenance, and then we were so happy, we signed up for their seasonal program. We won’t look anywhere else!

Very happy I chose Universal heating and cooling! Good communication throughout process with no surprises. Answered all my questions prior to installation. Installers were friendly and professional. They installed a new AIr conditioner/gas furnace package unit along with installing new vapor barrier in the crawl space, new thermostat, new gas line to unit.
Cleaned existing ductwork.
Started at 8:30ish in the morning and finished around 2pm.
Picked up all the trash after. Very happy.

The technician Billy was VERY helpful! He is knowledgeable about HVAC. I like how he gave me options on making a decision for making a decision on the issue I had with my AC unit. He took his time and I’d def. recommend this company for HVAC service!

Ryan and Brandon were very professional and did a fine job. They were especially careful with furniture while cleaning throughout the house.
They showed us a picture of all the lint that came out of our clothes dryer vent. A fire waiting to happen.
