Steve was our tech. I was not home and had my sister in law meet him. He and his apprentice came in and were checking the outside unit for the heat pump to keep up with “manufacturing warranty”. They then went outside and checked the unit. Then came back in and gave a 30 dollar charge which has still not been said what they would be fixing. Then left rudely from what I was told.

As can be seen from the pictures of when I got home. They had pulled the fuses out and left 240v live outside where there are lots of kids in the area. I have been an electrician for many years and when I worked residential service this would be a fireable offense. I’m really hoping the company takes this seriously. If not only the conman aspect but the safety aspect most importantly.

Noah did a thorough job despite discovering the initial issue was bigger than it originally appeared. Noah was professional and succinctly explained the issues and repairs. Highly recommend.
Also, the company swiftly responded and scheduled my repair/diagnostic request.

Had a great experience with Jonathan! He was super professional and took a lot of time explaining what needed done and the options available. No high pressure and was willing to help us make a decision that was right for us.

Service representative contacted me prior to arrival arrived on time was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with my system and provide me with several alternative solutions. Unfortunately all are expensive and I was not able to make a decision on the spot for further service. Very professional will most likely contact once I decide which Avenue to take to fix or replace my system

Steve came out to quote us for a new ac unit. He was nice helpful and honest. The installation guy was punctual and nice and helpful. Great price great service

Hayden was courteous and professional. He did a thorough and careful job. I thought the company charges for the repair parts were high, but they had the required parts on the truck and were able to do the replacements in a timely manner. This is a good, honest company and I will use them again.

Unit was pulling high amps on start up and while running. Service Tech Noah, replaced the condenser and contractor while adding a hard start kit. Amperage is down to 6 on start up and 12 while running! The sound of the system is a lot smoother during the cycling as well! Overall wonderful service and the tech was friendly, professional, and thoroughly explained the issues!

Hayden, Josh and Mike did a great job. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to others.

We had a furnace replaced and air ducts cleaned. They were quick and efficient and finished the job and everything! Super nice people to work with and very reliable with communication and work experience. They even made sure everything was in working order and ran tests before departure. So thankful to be warm again!!
