Had busted main pipe under house. Made appointment online. Techs came when they said and even received call from office to confirm. Job was going to take time to repair. They scheduled a team to come a few days later and mapped out a plan and made my install date the following Monday. Showed up on time and got to work right away. 4 techs were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had new pipes installed and was told of everything that was done and a great warranty as well.Definitely will stay with Hiller after the exceptional work and experience that my family had..

We had a great experience with Hiller. Their customer service is so responsive and nice to talk with. They have an amazing system to let you know when and who will be there and they have always been on time for each call. We will definitely use them next time.

They send text messages to let you know when they’re on the way and include a picture of the technician. Today I had a new water heater installed. The technicians were on time. They completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. Great service!

Christian & Wesley did an excellent job! Professional, knowledgeable, and make the experience easy. Gave us no reason to worry and replaced the leaking pipe in less than a couple of hours. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need!

Got a few quotes for budgetary purposes a year a ago from different companies in the area. Hiller was very competitive. Flash forward a year, and our existing hot water heater broke. Called Hiller who came out the same day to see if it was repairable. Turned out it was the original unit (nearly 20 years old) and was beyond repair. I requested that rather than just replace the unit, they update their quote which included a crawl space dehumidifier, tankless water heater, water softener and water filter. Hiller recognized that we needed a quick turnaround on the quote since our water heater was broken. Brian, their project manager, came out after hours with a technician and was able to update the quote on the spot. The next day they showed up with multiple crews and were able to finish the entire scope of work. Each employee was polite and answered all of my many questions. If their is any scope of work needed at our house in the future that Hiller can perform, we will not waste time in seeking out any other quotes. Top tier operation at every level.

They sent out a really cool professional dude named Charles. I thought he came from gallitan....not sure anyway...He helped us solve our situation with expertise and was really awesome with my mom, taking the time to explain situation to her and even accepted a check cause we didn't have all the cash . Hiller came thru 4 us. Thx

Ensured that the job was done correctly and did not stop until it was fixed. I recommend using this company. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars, is because the Technician had to go get a Pro press that should be supplied on every vehicle. He had to go to a different site to retrieve the tool that was on another vehicle by a different crew. If the Company would supply this tool the job would of been faster and I would not have to pay 4 hours of work for a job that could have taken 2 at the most.

Chase was great! Listened to everything we had concerns about. Was very practical in his approach and advice. Reset our toilet quickly. Chase was really friendly and trustworthy in our home.
