I called and was able to schedule a service and inspection the very next day. On the day of, they came and completed all work within the window given. I received an email with a photo of the service agent coming out before they arrived. The work was excellent, and no hidden fees or extras tacked on.

We initially called for a repair. Due to the age of our system, we decided to replace rather than band aid the problem. The information we were given greatly helped in making that decision.

Once we decided to replace the unit, the real professionalism kicked in. Options were given and a great price was agreed on.

I will definitely be using Universal for the maintenance of my new unit. Hopefully it will last 20 years.

She was able to get Ryan (technician) to my home the same day! Ryan came to my home, explained everything he was going to do, shared how my unit works and gave me pointers on how to maintain it between servicing calls and walked me through the steps. He cleaned this machine to the point to where it now looks brand new! Not only is he a great technician and knows the business well, he is a SUPER guy who is so kind, considerate and professional. His customer service is OFF THE CHARTS!! His knowledge of HVAC units is amazing and he is mature beyond his years! He was raised well!! Tiffany provided quick and prompt service for my payment and demonstrated the streamline process that they have in place to make this service world-class!! I can’t thank them enough. I have, and will continue to use them in the spring and fall because I know they will take the time for me and my family at giving me an efficient unit that will last. Billy was great! He was an hour early when my air conditioning went out. He was thorough, efficient, caring and personable. Thank you all513754 so much. I am signing up for the yearly maintenance plan.

Billy (the tech) has came out and fixed my ac twice for two different issues. He was so nice and explained everything so I could understand the repairs. I will always call this company for ac issues and asking for billy has the tech. 10/10 will tell everyone about them!

We’ve used Universal for repairs a couple of times and they did a great job. We recently called about an estimate for a new HVAC unit and they came out the same day and gave us one. We accepted and they were out the next day to install the new unit! They were fast and efficient and did a great job overall!

This company is outstanding! I have always had great luck using them! They are responsive, professional, and time oriented. HUGE shout out to Billy for his proper assessments and quick solutions. We will be calling them again!

We were scheduled for a 2:00 review on Friday. By 2:30 Wayne had not shown so I called the company. Apparently there was a misunderstanding and miss communication about time. Wayne didn't leave their office until 2:30. With traffic and him getting lost he was 1.5 hrs late. After he arrived he seemed very friendly and professional. Before he left we discussed some options and he stated he would have us a quote in just a couple of hrs. We finally got a quote this morning (Monday). The quote isn't for the type of unit we discussed and over $9000 at that. Do not think we'll go with this company.

Billy was on time, professional, friendly shared after his servicing our units that both were good and no repairs were needed.
