Universal Heating & Cooling

My Heat Pump broke down on a Saturday night during a time of up'er 90 degree weather. I awake at 1 in the morning to a home that was 87 degrees inside. After realizing it wasn't something simple I called the on-call operator. They arranged to have the Technician Billy F. come and fix the problem. He arrived within 3 hours of my call and had it fixed within an hour. I was truly amazed. He was very friendly yet professional and obviously knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone involved!

The AC wasn't able to keep the house cool so I called and got an appointment same week, which was great since the other places I called said they couldn't come out anytime soon. Billy was professional and did a through inspection. Turns out my coils just needed to be cleaned. Took care of everything in a timely manner.

Billy immediately located the problem and removed the obstacle that was the source. Extremely satisfied with his work and friendliness.

ETA of when the repair may take place was lacking, but they were polite and thorough when they did arrive and my unit is up and running.

I have used the services from Universal Heating and Cooling for several years. I have 2 HVAC units and always maintain their contract for yearly checks. They have always kept their appointments, great communication letting me know when the technician was on their way, and if there is a problem are knowledgeable and quickly fix the issue. Austin N did a great job and took the extra precaution (face mask) due to COVID. Great job!

I called for service first thing in the morning as our a/c went out during a heat wave! From that moment it was thorough, professional, prompt and friendly! I received a text with a photo of the technician that would be arriving! (Right on time!) Billy was awesome! Super knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was! He could not have been any kinder! Will definitely recommend and call again!
