“ The Team” did exceptional work. Kelly ,Jackson and Donato were real “pros”. They replaced my very tired 29 year old Trane with a new Trane system.The installation looks great and works great .They even left the yard around the unit looking better than it did before.

Update (12/22): Well, it’s almost 2 years later and I just received my complimentary winter servicing. Once again I am so impressed and happy with this company. They were super helpful in accommodating my schedule, and I received adequate notification to prepare for his arrival on the day of servicing. The tech (Tim, I believe) was extremely conscientious and polite. He was knowledgeable and efficient, finding the problems with my heat pump and explaining them to me. (Issues came up separately from the servicing two years ago). He fixed one, but the other is major so I’ll go thru my home warranty for that issue. However, if I’m not happy with the results of the warranty company’s inspection and evaluation, then I’ll be turning back to Universal! The servicing in the main dual-system was quick and professional. I just couldn’t be more pleased with this company.

01/21: Universal Heating and Cooling is awesome! My heat exchanger, on a combo air/heating unit, caught on fire a few days before Christmas. I decided to put in a duel fuel combo unit (heat pump/propane) and called 4 different companies. They came back with the second best price and had great reviews. Well, they lived up to their reviews! Their estimate and dates of delivery and install were dead-on. They did a fantastic job ensuring my ducts and returns matched the new tonnage, showed me all the ins and outs of the new wi-fi thermostat, and Patiently answered all my questions! They were very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient! Just put the air on and it’s working great, too! (BTW, I hired them on Thursday, December 31, Friday was a holiday, and then we went into the weekend. Even so, they obtained the unit by Tuesday and it was installed on Wednesday!) They also fixed a separate heat pump that never seemed to work properly. Highly recommend!

The technician, Austin Nix, arrived on time and performed fall HVAC maintenance on the system. He was knowledge-
able and personable. He answered my questions and made suggestions to maximize the airflow through the duct system. I will use Universal Heating and Cooling again next year. — M C Sharer
