I can't say enough good things about this company. They have been great to do business with over the last couple of years. The staff who come out and the office staff are professional and polite. They tell me the name of the person who will be coming to my home. When the repair guy is on the way, I get a text with a picture of them in front of their truck, and a little blurb about that person. That is a little extra service that shows how customer minded they are. Would 100% recommend.

Universal Heating & Cooling replaced my HVAC system 16 years ago. The came up with the best solution (out of three companies) for my two-story house which was built with no return in the upstairs and no room for a ductwork chase. They installed two separate heat pumps, one for each floor. Since then, they have performed all the maintenance. They are unfailingly pleasant and helpful, and I am confident in the quality of work they do. They are responsive to any problem I've encountered, and I trust them.

Billy was direct about what was needed to repair the unit. Very friendly, made a recommendation about follow up services which would help prevent issues come spring and wasn’t pushing anything on me. Overall excellent service will definitely use this company again.

Unfortunately, we have needed to have Universal out to our house quite a few times.

However their team is impeccable. Our regular service guy Billy comes out on time. He is so personable. He listens well and always has an answer.

If you're in the North Nashville area I recommend Universal Heating and Cooling.

They are the only people we will ever use.

Billy did a great job as always! He is always very kind, honest, and professional..always explains things and always shows up on time and gets our problem taken care if. I truly trust him.

Great company UNTIL THEY MAKE A MISTAKE. Completely unresponsive and don't care if they've ruined your property. Installed a ductless system in our upstairs. Was not installed to drain condensation properly. Water poured out the front all over floor, through flooring/through the ceiling below. It's BEEN ONE MONTH. Ceiling is soggy and molding and needs to be torn out completely. Can't get anyone to call me back to rectify. AWFUL!!

Great experience with Universal Heat and Air. I love the fact they let you know who is coming to your house. Tim was great and explained everything.

These guys are always so nice to deal with... I saw the service van at my neighbors house (yes, several of us on the block now use them!) and I called to ask if they any way fit me in after his house. They had no issue with tacking on the extra call and Billy the service tech was there right when he said. They are trustworthy and honest!!!

Tim was here for the same service back in July 2022. He was still the same...knowledgeable, courteous, professional, & VERY nice. The world needs more Tims like him! 😁
