I have mixed feelings about Waterbury. They've done my heating/ac work for the past 8 years coming out every year to do routine maintenance on our aging furnace. Sometimes you get a very knowledgeable person who does things right and sometimes you don't.

Twice now I've had to call them back to resolve an issue they didn't resolve the first time.

I call Waterbury every time I have an issue with plumbing, HVAC, or electric work and have always been appreciative of their work. We had Paul come install new HVAC units and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, explained things to me, and even changed a light bulb for us! I'll continue using Waterbury, but hopefully they don't need to be called as often with the new HVAC system!

To start with Gary Black was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the products and worked with us to find the best solution. Chad and Paul did a great job installing and setting up the system. They were there on time and did very clean work. System has been running great.

Was very prompt in getting out to our house on the 4th of July Weekend. Was very hot out and our air conditioner went down. Was able to get the part and have it up and running in about an hour. Was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Waterbury Heating and Cooling.

Our water heater went out on Saturday, and their after-hours support phone representative thoughtfully informed me that there is a $40 after-hours charge for service. So, I decided to wait until Monday to get it fixed. The plumber (Tim) showed up right away on Monday morning, answered my stupid questions about water heaters and discussed my options before diving into the repair. He then fixed it within 20 minutes. He was very courteous and professional.

The price to replace the thermo couple in our water heater (a common fix) was very reasonable.

We have also called Waterbury for furnace troubleshooting in the past and they are more than happy to speak to you over the phone and are not pushy in any way. Their friendly, courteous service is refreshing and I will definitely give them my business again in the future.

I have been using Waterbury Heating & Cooling for several years and while we do not often have a need for heating/cooling system repairs, they have always provided excellent service. We recently had an issue with our warehouse furnace and made a call to them in the late morning hours. Their service staff arrived that afternoon and got us up and running again, preventing any concerns we had of our fire sprinkler water lines freezing overnight. When I had questions, Josh in their office answered them for me without hesitation.Thank you again for such great service. I highly recommend Waterbury Heating & Cooling to anyone needing heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Troy Fitz is a great technician. Very friendly and courteous. He installed a kitchen faucet for us recently but also installed a dishwasher last spring. We're extremely with both jobs and his level of professionalism. Super job!

We had a complete HVAC system installed a few weeks ago. Waterbury was fantastic! Chad and Gary were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their installation job was done correctly and neatly. We were very pleased with the experience.

Our water heater took a dump on us this weekend. I called the company that was tagged on our old water heater, and got a message telling us to email them...Bull Butter. I wanted to talk to someone. So I called Waterbury and by 11AM they had a technician at my house. He informed me what I had already figured out. Then he proceeded to tell me that they don't sell that brand, but that it should be under warranty. Troy called and turns out it was under warranty. He then called the office and they sent someone to go pick up a new water heater. I was only charged labor and removal fee. I was very happy with the service and will definitely keep my business at Waterbury.
