I recently got a new washer and dryer set and replaced my gas dryer with electric. After delivery I found out that the existing plug was not working for my new dryer and Waterbury was able to schedule someone within a couple of days from my call. Ryan did a great job and actually was running a little early and called to see if I could accommodate. He explained everything needed as well as the cost involved and was done much quicker than I had expected. Great job, thank you so much for your help!

After my experience, Waterbury will be the only place I call for my plumbing and heating issues. Our water heater went out and I called them first thing in the morning. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and a tech was at our home within an hour. Tim was our service tech and he was extremely friendly and professional. He made sure to take all the precautions to ensure that everything he touched or came into contact with was just as good or better than when he arrived. He made sure to explain what work he did and everything we needed to know with the new water heater. Again, I couldn’t be happier that I used this company.

John Dahlin arrived to my home on time and called ahead of time to remind me of the appointment and ETA. I had duct cleaning and a Ubreathe air filtration system installed. John was very friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself well, timely, and efficient. He excels at his job and is very detail orientated. He was a good educator and very knowledgeable of the services he provided.

This company is very affordable in comparison to the quotes I received from other businesses. I strongly recommend using this company and will use them in the future.

From the sales team to the service technician, this was the best experience ever. The salesman Gary, was professional and detailed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Paul the service tech was great. He did not interrupt my work day with questions and did all the work with the professionalism I expected. Completely satisfied.

We had just moved into a historic home, when we were shocked to find our hot water running gray! We also had some questionable water pressure and drains. Jim from Waterbury came out the next day, helped us drain our water heater to clear the issue, cleared buildup from our shower head, and checked every faucet. He was willing to train me in how to empty the water heater ourselves, to save us the plumber time/money but it was worth a professional. And the bill was very fair! You can trust Waterbury to be prompt, thorough, and value-conscious.

Tim installed two new water heaters in my home. He was very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results. I had a question about my in-floor heating system and Tim asked Bob to stop over. Bob was very courtesy and was helpful in answering all my questions. we have used Tim a few times in the past and have been satisfied with his work, this time I was not happy, I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. when he got here he looked at the box and said he didn't really want to install it because he thought I should look for a more expensive one, my husband and I had already looked around alot and had decided this was the best value for us, he didn't agree and said i needed to shop around more and he would be back later in the week. he told me he would install the faucet I had purchased already if we had not found another one, it made for a very uncomfortable installation appointment. probably will look for a different plumber

Waterbury has been consistently stellar. I have had techs come out for electrical and heating issues and every time they have been prompt, professional, and personable. They are now my go to company for these issues. Also Ryan has been sent out multiple times and has been amazing highly recommend.
