My Lennox/Waterbury experience was great. The Waterbury salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very prompt about returning calls to answer questions and very exact on his recommendations. Once I agreed on the purchase everything went exactly as promised. Paperwork was signed and the installers called before they came and installed the system. They were friendly and neat and made every effort to make sure when they left we would not know they had been here. Their explanation of how the system operates was exactly like the salesman's and we couldn't be happier with the new system. When the technician came by to test the system he was also clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I give these guys 5 stars on every level. Dan

We have used Waterbury many times in the past. This service call was the biggest we have used them for.We feel Troy Fitz did an outstanding job . he had sever obstacles to over come and showed great professionalism in getting the job not only done he also found a cheaper way to do it saving us several hundred dollars. Waterbury provided plumbing (Tim) and electrical (Ryan W) service to replace my disposal and update the unfortunate diy electrical work (per my request), done before we moved in, so the disposal operates safely. Both were very polite, very professional, and very efficient. Both get bonus points for being cool with my crazy dog :)

Very professional, on time, final bill matches estimate everytime! We have called on them for 3 separate services in the past year and every time it has been a good experience! They installed a Radon system. Fixed an A/C issue that a competitor could not figure out after 4 visits, and installed a humidistat so our Aprillaire would work correctly. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Waterbury. We recently purchased a new water heater and furnace and air conditioner from them. Every representative who came to our house was efficient, highly competent, and friendly. We felt that the price for each was fair, and the products were good. They made sure that we understood how to run the systems.

I used Waterbury to do the plumbing work on a kitchen remodel. Their service technician Troy was punctual for both appointments and he was courteous and professional in completing his work and he did an excellent job. I have used Waterbury before for plumbing work with the same results and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had consulted multiple plumbing companies for the issue that I needed help with. Troy from Waterbury was very personable prompt and had a clean work site. The other plumbing companies wanted two and a half times more money to complete the job. If you need some Plumbing done I recommend Waterbury especially Troy f.

Troy is polite and thorough, cleans up when the work is completed, and always on time. He completes his work quickly and will explain in detail what was completed.

I called Waterbury to schedule an appointment to have my hot water heater checked. They were here within hours. We recently moved to Sioux Falls. Kelly serviced our air conditioner and also did a complete walk-through to evaluate all our heating and cooling (and plumbing) equipment in our house. He was honest and straight-forward in explaining the condition of everything along with providing recommendations and maintenance tips. He took the time to answer all my questions. Kelly's professionalism and customer service has made me a Waterbury customer. I have scheduled a Waterbury plumber to complete some work for us. I will post more feedback after that visit.
