We just moved here from CA and have had some issues the house. Jim went above and beyond in checking out the house and making suggestions to use for what we need to get done before winter hits. Being brand new to the state, we found this to be very thoughtful. We will continue to use Waterbury for all our home needs.

Ryan showed up on time, was personable and professional; he patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He quickly diagnosed and solved our electrical issue. I would very highly recommend him for any and all electrical issues.

I needed my water heater replaced. Tim was very informative, professional, and very considerate of my home. It was an efficient install and he made sure that all of my questions were answered. I would use them again and also recommend them to family and friends.

I called Waterbury as I had a leak in a water pipe, and my water meter dial was spinning. Jim came out, shut off the water for the night, and then Mark came out to assess the situation and sent Jim out to bypass the problem the least invasive way they could. I am thankful that Waterbury, once again, came through and resolved the situation. My sincere thanks to Jim, Mark, and Jim's apprentice, Tim, for a job well done!

Very happy with the professionalism and service we received from Waterbury in the purchasing and installation of our new furnace. Chad was very knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure we understood how to run our new thermostat and furnace before he left. I would definitely recommend Waterbury

Troy Fitz provided great service installing a new water softener for us. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will always call Waterbury for our plumbing needs and Troy is one of the reasons why.

We called Waterbury on a saturday to fix a leaking supply water valve for the washer. They got here within 10 to 15 minutes. Troy the tech replaced both hot and cold since they were both pretty old. I think it only took him 15 minutes and the job was done. Troy was awesome and gave us a great recommendation for a water softener which we hope we can get Troy to install and considering this was after hours it was very inexpensive. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need service.

Added a heating and cooling system in my house. Waterbury did a great job with the whole process from educating me on my options to helping answer all the questions I had about the system itself and the installation process. I am very pleased with the result; my home is considerably more comfortable than before and the first couple of months of utility bills indicate that I will enjoy a real savings in energy costs. This is in addition to a significantly quieter system. I am very happy with the system and with the service I received from Waterbury. I don't anticipate needing a new system for a long time but when I do I will call Gary at Waterbury.
