I appreciate Waterbury because they were able to work me into their schedule the same day. Jim 5 was outstanding. Although my leaky garbage disposal wouldn’t leak right away, he looked and looked until the problem was found. He was really nice, and VERY friendly. He also helped me with a slow drain and showed me how to get hair out of the drain in the future. He also checked my water heater. Jim 5 absolutely went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you, Jim and Waterbury!

Tim installed a new water heater and made sure we knew that there was still a warranty on it and saved us a bunch of money! Also started dealing with my husband then with my oldest son till I got home! Very nice he explained what was going on and explained to me about the warranty and that I would need the receipt to use the warranty. I had a copy of the original receipt by the time he was done and was able to use the warranty! Thank you also for being so easy to work with!

Insall went OK but they reused a portion of the old exhaust and it did not fit well but they forced into place and called it good. Took my money and left. Looks like I will have to fix it myself. Thanks.

From the initial estimate to the paperwork to the installation, everything was done well and in a timely, professional manner. We are very pleased with our new furnace, and with the whole experience with Waterbury. We would strongly recommend them.

Tim was amazing. He explained What he planned to do and made sure I was okay with his approach... Then he completed the install and went over all the different pieces that they installed and how to use them. He went over at the warranty and also gave me a tip to run my washing machine with no clothes in it to ensure there's no residue in the pipes. He was fantastic!

Big shout out to Ryan w at Waterbury! Had electrical in my basement that hadn’t worked for several years. Ryan w was very pleasant and professional he assessed the situation, explained to me what the issue was what he was going to do to fix it and BAM 💥 there was light! Thank you Ryan and the Waterbury staff. I’ve had several items done to my home and Waterbury is an will always be my one stop shop for electrical, plumbing, heating . Highly recommend their service’s.

I recently had Waterbury do a full HVAC install at my home. The previous furnace/AC were original with the house and needed a replacement. After getting our needs assessed with a consultation, we were scheduled for the setup. Shiloh and his crew came through and got everything replaced/installed. They were very professional and clean throughout the entire process. The end result is a fresh furnace and AC. They did a great job!

Jim from Waterbury came out and replaced the water softener and main shutoff valve which also went bad. He was awesome to work with and very professional! I would highly suggest Waterbury and Jim definitely deserves a pay raise!

2021
Kelly came out and fixed our blower motor that had went out. Also got rid of a transformer that was smoking and would probably have started a fire. He was prompt and straight to the point. He knew what he was doing and wasn't afraid to say what needs to be done. He also noticed the ac was low on freon and gave some helpful advise on getting more airflow to it. Overall I appreciate how thorough Kelly was and the fact that he was willing to go beyond what was expected even as it passed 5pm.

As a new customer, I had two professionals from Waterbury over for service. One for plumbing and one for HVAC. Jim 5 for plumbing to repair a gas pipe leak. Kelly on the HVAC. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable at the end of the appointment and happy that everything was fixed. Jim and Kelly both did a fantastic job and I will definitely use Waterbury again in the future!
