Great Experience! I received a call from a request I made the previous evening right away in the morning. A technician came later that day! Keilen(I think thats how you spell it) Arrived on time, he worked through getting our AC up and running again. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend based on my experience today.

Kelly was so helpful, and took his time and did not leave until the problem was fixed. It has been several days and we still have not had any problems with our air conditioner. Waterbury did a great job for us, in a timely manner, installing a new heat pump, furnace, thermostat, ductless mini split, and tankless water heater, in 3 separate installs. Very happy with the product and Waterbury.

Troy called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. I was having a hot water heater installed and he not only put drop cloths on the floor, he also wore items on his shoes to protect my carpet. He informed me what the process would be and did it very quickly. He also took time to look at my water softener and adjusted that for better performance. All old parts were removed. Troy was very friendly and took the time to not only explain the water heater settings but also to answer my questions. Great job Waterbury for having Troy on your team!!

Waterbury sent Casey to my house to check out my Central Air AC unit. He fixed the leaks and recharged my AC unit for a fair price (under $200 including labor). He didn't try to sell me anything. He gave me all of my options so I could make an educated decision. I filled out the online application form and Sherri got back to me right away to schedule an appointment. I hate talking on the phone, so the online form was a nice touch :). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the communication and service provided. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Our HVAC installer did a great job. He made sure to have the AC going before he left after the first day of work, (a 2 day job).
My only complaint was the lack of floor protection and shoe covers when performing work indoors. Plenty of debris tracked through the house, but he did do a great job cleaning up around the furnace area indoors when the job was complete.
Also, the guy delivering the new equipment was very kind but not especially careful about bumping into the walls with the equipment.

They were fantastic! I had Chris Iwen install some ovens I had ordered and he did such a great job! They are perfect! And I had Cody Scott install a bathroom light/fan and some other lights that I had bought. He made sure to give me my options, to ask which I wanted -- all in all he did a wonderful job! I am so impressed with Waterburys! And Sherri (the lady who answers the phone) is always so nice and friendly! I am very, very happy with them and will definitely use them again!

Troy instated a new kitchen faucet. We are extremely pleased with his work and the final product. We had another project Troy looked at and gave us good advice on what to do. We enjoyed talking to Troy and everything was cleaned up. We would definitely request him for any further projects. Thanks Troy!

Tim called in advance to tell me when he would arrive at our house to install a water heater. Tim explained to me what needed to be done and what I could expect the approx. cost should be. Tim recommended replacing the incoming main water line gate valve with a ball valve because of problems they can have when you turn them on and off very little. Tim did not waist any time getting the job done.
Waterbury has a very professional individual with Tim on their team.

We lost heat and a young man came out to fix our furnace. He was awesome. Very polite and very informative. Will 100 percent use Waterbury again!!! I think his name was Tony or Troy. Big kudos to him.
