Tim was prompt and knowledgeable saw the problem and explained what needed to be done to correct it. Was careful not to leave a mess, fixed the problem . I use Waterbury often, they were not my main go to business but with there promptness and willing to work with my schedule will definately change to Waterbury.

I've used Waterbury several times in the past. They arrive when scheduled, clearly answer any questions I have and go the extra mile to do to a proper and clean service call. On my latest service call they replaced a water heater. Tim asked if I would like separate shut off valve added just for the water heater. I could tell that it wasn't a sales pitch to increase the bill. It was a logical question that I never would have thought to ask. It only took a few minutes extra to install but now if there are any "hot water" issues in the future, I won't have to shut off the whole house.

Waterbury Heating was quick to help. They came and saw the need to replace the water heater and did so at that time. Troy was friendly and made sure to let me know what to do after the water heater was installed. He laid down sheets and didn't drag in any crud from outside. Great service!

Waterbury is incredibly responsive and fast. They were easy to work with and got us a great deal a whole new HVAC system. Our installer, Aaron was curteous, professional, and great with my dogs and daughter, too!

We had a leak in one of our pipes in the basement that showed up out of the blue. We had to call and make an unscheduled appointment. From the time we made the call to Tim coming over and making the necessary arrangements with the city and diagnosing/fixing the problem was handled very well. The whole team was very friendly and explained things so we know what was happening and what needed to be done. A very good job.

I needed to have a leaking water heater replaced and called Waterbury on Wednesday. Had a new heater installed by Friday afternoon. Tim arrived on time, was very careful to cover carpet and completed the job quickly. Would not hesitate to use Waterbury in the future.

Waterbury and Ryan W. were awesome. Came quickly, diagnosed the problem, provided some helpful tips on other electrical topics, ordered the necessary part and headed out, all within an hour. That's why I've used Waterbury for 10+ years now. :)

Checked outlets on deck and bathroom. Tripped GFCI in bathroom. Ryan was very thorough in determining why our outlets weren’t working. We have always been happy with the services from Waterbury.

We called mid morning because we had no hot water. Troy came to our home at 12:30 and checked the unit. He explained our options and we chose to have the heater replaced. He called for a new heater, which was delivered while he took out the old one. He quickly replaced the water heater and checked the unit.
