Jim from Waterbury was extremely helpful in assessing the problem with our water heater and walking me through how to make the best choice for our new one. He was efficient with his time while waiting for the new water heater to arrive at my home and explained new features with our new water heater as well as some best practices. Thanks, Jim!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Waterbury! Quick, professional, and reasonably priced! We had an outside faucet that had water damage b/c of some water left in it this winter. It froze and (of course) burst, leaving us with a non functioning faucet. I called them up, Tim came out and evaluated the situation, had to order a part, was back to fix it ASAP and we have a functioning outdoor faucet again! Waterbury is the best in town, and Tim deserves a raise! Highly recommended!

Tim was our technician who installed a new water heater. Tim called us prior to arrival to make sure we were home. Removal of old water heater and installation of new one was completed in about two hours. Tim was very competent, tidy, and informative during the process. Tim conducted himself in a very professional and friendly manner. We would highly recommend Tim to others in need of similar services.

They were very attentive to my needs and called me the day after I submitted an online request form. They arrived before expected and were able to find us a part for our bathroom faucet even though they don't make the parts anymore. We really appreciate that we are able to continue using this faucet until we are ready to have a new one installed. We will definitely contact you when we are ready to install a new faucet!

Waterbury has taken care of me multiple times. Have had different people out each time, and still received great customer service. This last time I had plumbing issue and Troy F. took great care of me and was very efficient and friendly. Would recommend Waterbury to anyone in the Sioux Falls area.

Please, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I've been dumping money with another company. It took them telling me that we HAD to get a new furnace immediately and then to hear their insane price, which was about the cost of a brand new car, to get other opinions. We're heard about waterbury from a friend and gave them a call. Gary was amazing. Very nice and very courteous. Not only were their prices of new equipment a quarter of the other company, but Gary let me know we didn't need new anything just a few parts and a service. We were ready to dump well over $10k on a new system, but he was honest and informative, literally saving us thousands of dollars. Thank you so much Waterbury! We won't go anywhere else again.

I am a property manager in Sioux Falls and have worked with several vendors in town. None have compared to the level of service and responsiveness we've experienced with Waterbury. It's very rare to find a vendor that can provide service that satisfies the needs of the property manager, tenant, and the owner. Holly, Gwen, and Taylor are fabulous to work with on the admin side of things. I've had an exceptional experience working with Nate, an HVAC technician. Can't say enough about this company.

I called Waterbury for an issue I was having with water flow in the house and outside faucets. Tim called me back the same day, practically right away, and after talking things through he helped diagnose the likely problem over the phone. He showed up shortly there after (along w/ a city employee to help shut down water outside the home) and promptly replaced an old shutoff gate valve that had corroded and had a bunch of rocks stuck in it from construction done last fall. I was very impressed w/ the responsiveness and caring professionalism Tim and the person who first answered my call. I highly recommend!

Our water heater went out over the weekend and Troy F fixed it and explained it may not last much longer. I discussed with husband and decided due to the great service and care Troy gave us we would replace the unit. Troy was here Monday morning by 8:30 and a new larger unit was installed. Very happy with Waterbury services.
