WOW!! That's all I can say about the experience I had with Seth & Chad at Howe! My water heater decided to go out randomly, as they do, and dumped water into my basement, during a very hectic / busy week day, where I had no extra time to deal with this disaster. One phone call to Chad and that same day he was able to coordinate with Seth & his team to pick up the new 85 gallon beauty from Lennox, SD and have it delivered / installed at my home in Sioux Falls, that very afternoon! I was not without hot water during this "fun" experience and this truly speaks to the quality of Chad, Seth, & the entire team at Howe! I would highly recommend their services and I do just that to my clients on a regular basis! Thanks again to everyone at Howe for a WOW! experience!

I called HOWE and told them our issue we were having with our AC unit. They were able to send someone out within a few hours and their tech Harrison was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. We will definitely be calling HOWE again for any AC or furnace issues in the future.

The people were fantastic and very helpful. They got me set up with a service date the next morning, and were very professional and really wonderful. I will absolutely be using Howe plumbing and heating going forward!

I'll start with, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We called a competitor who was listed as the initial installer of the old water heater, they quoted us 48 to come out and replace the old water heater. This same competitor was more expensive and told me I could call around, but everyone would be out 2 days. I called Howe based on Google reviews, not only was Howe able to make it sooner, the quoted the same day. They quoted in 4 hours. Oh, they were also cheaper. Howe continued to surprise more. They arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. Howe had the entire job done before the initial quoted arrival time. The staff was amazing, easy to work with, great service, quiet, clean, and everything a customer could ask for.

I've used Howe twice both times responsive, professional, efficient. My outdoor spigot broke and flooded my finished basement. They came the following day. Seth fixed it quickly. A week or so later hot water heater would no longer spark on. They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. Again, the next day Evan came out another fellow delivered the hot water heater they both worked together to bring the heater safely downstairs. As soon as was possible the 2 safely brought the defunct heater so they could cart it away. My oh my, showers are nice now! Thank you, Howe

Made a call to Howes on Wednesday afternoon to have a service performed on our A/C and furnace. They set us up with an appointment first thing Thursday morning. Harrison, the tech that came out checked over the entire system and did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. During the inspection and service he explained everything that he was checking and also explained all of the work that he performed. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely recommended Howes to anyone that needs A/C or heating work done. I will definitely use Howes again for future needs also.

Grateful for Howe and their network of support personnel. Austin our plumber was incredibly prompt and knowledgeable throughout our repair. He took care to explain what went wrong and needed to be done to fix the problem. Will definitely be calling back if I ever find myself in deep water.

The technician was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, careful about surrounding area, stayed on task from start to finish, solved the problem and double checked to make sure all was operational; he was very professional. Highly recommend him. We have used Howe’s services for multiple repairs and have always been pleased with their service and prompt attention to our needs.

Harrison was the AC technician that helped us out this morning. He was very kind and detailed with what he was going to be doing. Broke things down for a guy who doesn’t know the first thing about central air. They even had a cancellation in the morning and called to see if I was open to moving from afternoon to morning. Great company that is knowledgeable and kind staff!

They came last minute and quick to help finish a project. They went above and beyond what I hired them for! They helped to make sure a shampoo bowl for a salon was assembled correctly and then finished the plumbing and hooked it up. I would give them 10 stars if I could! As a business owner, I’m always admiring other businesses and this is one the owner should be so proud of!
