I recently had the pleasure of being serviced by an exceptional HVAC technician named Jean, from Howe, and my satisfaction has prompted me to pen this review.

From the moment Jean stepped into my home, I knew I was in good hands. Despite his name being pronounced as 'John', there was nothing common about the extraordinary service he provided. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, while his professionalism assured me of his competence.

As I had questions, Jean was more than willing to provide thorough explanations, demonstrating a mastery of his field and ensuring that I understood the workings of my own HVAC system. He swiftly identified the undervoltage problem I was experiencing, pinpointing the faulty capacitor as the culprit. With swift efficiency, he replaced the part and had my system up and running in no time.

Jean's focus on customer satisfaction was evident throughout his visit. He was personable, professional, and extremely thorough. It was clear that his main objective was not just to fix the problem, but to ensure that I, as his client, was completely satisfied with his service.

Amazing customer service and incredibly fast response time. Jarod, Micah, and Karston were fantastic. Less than 12 hours from initial contact to getting a new water heater installed! Couldn't ask for anything better, 5 stars, highly recommend!

Shout out to Howe Plumbing and Heating! They were at our commercial building last week to replace a sewer injector pump. Shane and Carston were excellent to work with, great communication throughout the process, and did the project in less than a day!

The guy that installed our new faucet came right on time and did a really good job. He was friendly and answered all of my questions.

I have a one-pipe steam system and after the local plumber I worked with retired I was at a loss as to who I could contact to service it. I texted Howe over the weekend after a total failure due to corroded pipe, and even though I am 70 miles away they fit me in in a couple days after I texted over the weekend. David, their steam expert was able to save my boiler even though the leaking condensate return pipe was heavily corroded to the heat exchanger. He also was able to trouble shoot another problem that the last guy didn’t diagnose correctly and repair that. I am going to work with Howe to get water softening to hopefully improve water quality and reduce corrosion related unreliability. David also left me more detailed maintenance and draining instructions than I had before. Finding a good steam tech now is nearly impossible and the fact that Howe has that expertise on staff and also an in house apprenticeship program to ensure that the next generation can serve these needs really impressed me. Their communication was also next level fast and convenient.

Austin is our go to guy! He takes care of any problems we have! As soon as we have an issue we know who to call. He does great work and works quickly! I would (and do!) recommend Austin to anyone!
