I called them after my puppy chewed on the low voltage wire. They were able to come a day earlier then expected. They were very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed the conversation while they were working. I will be calling them again if i have a problem.

The air conditioner unit at our rental house broke down during a heat wave. They were very quick on the response time to come and check it out. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced but we were extremely happy with the speed at which we were able to have that unit installed and were able to get our tenants back to a cool house. Every phone call or in person meeting with technicians was a positive experience. I will definitely be using Howe again if and when a breakdown or upgrade needs to happen! Thanks for everything!

I've had Howe come to repair multiple times over the last few years. The service guys have always been very knowledgeable and super nice. They've came out on short notice and managed to fix the problem quickly. They're the best and always my first choice

First time Howe was ever involved in fixing our heating system issue, and if you don’t choose them above all others, your making a big mistake... It’s taken over 1 year total time, approx 4 or 5 different service techs and/or companies, and here comes Dawson from Howe, Inc to finally save the day. I made my frustrations apparent before he even began working on the issue at hand. All other techs kept coming to the same conclusion and it obviously never worked out. He calmed me down & told me after all is done he will walk me through it step by step. He did exactly what he said and more. He ordered new parts never suggested before, showed me how they all interact to cause the ongoing issue and even took time to point out, in detail and proof, how the previous “professionals” left their jobs substandard (my own words) and possibly posing a risk to my family.
If Dawson does not get the recognition that he deserves, it’ll be a sad day. Howe is lucky to have a dedicated employee with the set of skills such as his. You sir are the reason I will never deal with another company if Howe can take care of me! Lifelong customer achieved in one blow. Hats off to A Job Well Done!

Howe ended up being my saving grace when I discovered some water in my basement! Technician Payton was able to come promptly over and discovered what my problem was right away. Unfortunately it turned out to to bit more severe than just a quick fix. However, he took the time to go over the possible outcomes and how he/the company would then fix them. He did wonderful work. Due to the severity of the issue it took multiple visits to correct. Technician Mike came during the final visit and put back together the last of the project. He was also very kind and helpful. Over the course of those visits everything was put back in working order and you can’t even tell anything was displaced in my bathroom. Howe employees did great work and not only will I recommend them to others but won’t hesitate to call again if I ever need their services in the future.

I’ve used Howe a few times and have always been pleased with their communication, timeliness and work. Michael B. came out to look at our hot water heater, and then installed a new one. He was straightforward, pleasant, reviewed everything with me before and after installation and left the home looking just as it had before he arrived.

They were so quick and easy to work with! John was efficient, kind, and helpful!

Howe electric fixed my furnace issue in like 20 mins or less, learned a lot about my system and heat pump. Showed me how warm the air is blowing and furnace filter.
