Called on Monday and scheduled a service visit the next day. Very responsive. The heating system would not run for more that about 30 seconds. Turns out there were leaves in the fresh air Intake pipes that were blocking airflow. All fixed and works great.

We called and were able to get someone to help with our plumbing issue the same day. Mike was so helpful, professional & kind. I wish every plumber was like Mike. Cannot say enough good things about him. Quick to diagnose & help & gave us info on what to do in future cases.

Our sump pump needed to be rerouted due to the mass melting of snow. We called Howe’s and they were out that same day to give us some idea of what we could do. Within a week we had a service date. Mike showed up this morning and spent all day rerouting and installing a new sump pump - he made sure it was functioning and everything was working great so we don’t have to worry about a flooded basement! We always choose Howe’s first and they always deliver! Usually same day! Would highly recommend!

Austin wolf came out and inspected my leak and found it effortlessly, going to continue to work with the Howe team to get my issues fixed. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, articulate, punctual and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend Howe for any service repair work!

Everyone was very polite, helpful and efficient. My mother's Furnace stopped working. I called Howe and they sent out a technician who arrived when they said he would. He discovered a part that needed to be replaced. As the part was not in stock, he ordered it. He was told the part should arrive in 2 days but there was no guarantee. Since the Furnace was over 20 years old, my sisters and I decided it would be better to have the Furnace replaced. When I got the call stating the part did not arrive, I let Howe know we wanted to get a new furnace. Houston was assigned to come out to check things out and write up a proposal. He was very prompt and gave us 3 options. We signed the agreement on Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning 2 technicians arrived at 8am to begin the process. They placed a cloth over the carpet they needed to cross so they would not track snow and dirt. The entire process was done in a timely manner.
We also discovered some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Once again the technicians arrived on time, were efficient, friendly, wore booties over there shoes and cleaned up after they were finished.
I was extremely impressed with every person I interacted with and I would definitely recommend Howe to anyone with plumbing and heating needs.

The check valve in our lift station started making loud banging noises. I was able to make an appointment quickly and was pleased that I could work with Austin Wolf. He arrived on time, came prepared with the necessary parts, and treated our home with care. I've had the pleasure of working with Austin on other jobs and will continue to use Howe and ask for Austin for any future needs. He is top-notch!

John was amazing to work with! He knew exactly what the problem was, how to fix it within our budget and fixed it the same day! We will definitely use Howe again!

Came on time. Very professional and super great installers. Left me without a mess. After no heat for 3 days, they got me in very soon and my house is now warm. I would highly recommend Howe to everyone i know. Stupendous job by everyone!!!!!
