Howe has been awesome to work with on multiple repairs over the past year. Michael arrived to my home to fix a gas leak faster than expected. He had great communication and called a team member to get another part to repair/replace additional valves as well. He went above and beyond to fix it all at the same time. Water heater emergency. Spoke with Payton after hours. He instructed my brother how to turn off the water supply to the water heater. HOWE office called us by 0800 in the AM. Rearranged other appts, and service was at the house by 0830!

Jim came to fix a faulty fitting issue in our air conditioning unit. He fixed the problem, went through the unit and then asked if we had any questions for him. So pleased with his friendly, excellent service. Will definitely call on Howe with any future service work.

Right from the start when I called for service they were kind and very responsive. My water heater wasn’t working so they sent out a serviceman within a couple hours. Seth (the serviceman) was kind, professional and provided excellent service. He was a true blessing. He promptly and professionally replaced our water heater the same day! My warranty for my water heater requires me to call Howe to install replacement parts and labor is covered otherwise I pay out of pocket. I call and speak with I think Brynn. She says soonest I can get you in is in 3 weeks. I asked if anyway can get in sooner as this is the only option I have and don’t want to go without hot water for 3 weeks. She tells me what do you want me to do? How bad do you want hot water you can wait 3 weeks and not pay labor or you can call someone else to do it. What terrible customer service. I feel bad for her she must hate her job
