Over the last few years my air conditioning unit needed to be recharged each year. Waterbury kept it running well for those years . It just got to the point where it would not keep the Home cool anymore. They suggested replacing the air-conditioning portion as the furnace was still in good shape. They put in a very high-quality Lenox unit which works fantastic. I paid $4000 instead of 8000+ dollars by replacing only the AC. I appreciate their honesty and good advice. I will certainly use Waterbury for any of my other plumbing heating or air conditioning or even electrical needs which I have in the past and they’ve always been outstanding. I have even had them put in a home theater system electrical portion which they did a Great job.

Grady did a great job with the service visit for my boiler. It wasn't having trouble, but I called to have a service appointment to understand what I needed to know about maintenance for it. He replaced the old thermocouple, cleaned the whole thing up, and explained to me what I need to know to maintain it or what would indicate an issue. I am mich more comfortable knowing all is well, and that I can call Waterbury to help me out if it ever is not. Thank you, Grady!

Great fast service and solution. We needed an electrical outlet installed and others talked about how many hours it would take to solve the problem. Ryan looked at it, said how about doing it this way and shortly there after was done! In the past we have used Waterbury for a hot water heater problem, HVAC improvements, duct cleaning and now electrical. Always great work and fast, highly recommended!

7/26/2022 Update. We are still with Waterbury. Due to astronomical growth in our city, appointments are further out than they have been in the past. The technicians are doing the best they can. Our air conditioning and heating unit, installed when the home was built in 1993, is old and tired. We are getting a new one in a month, again, due to all the construction and growth in our city.

Waterbury technicians seem to do a thorough and complete job when they come out. They explain things without being condescending, and I was offered a value plan which saves money and has them call me for seasonal checkups instead of me having to call and wait for weeks.

Troy Fitz from Waterbury Heating & Cooling came out today to change out my main water valve & to replace my hot water heater. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. He also took the time to show me how to troubleshoot my new hot water heater & how to turn off my main water valve with the new lever. I have used this company before & have always been impressed with their service. I highly recommend Waterbury if you are in need of plumbing, heating, or cooling services!

Ryan came out this morning to replace an outdoor outlet and install a new one. He called when he was on the way and was on time. I showed him what needed to be done and he worked quickly. He was very friendly, and asked for a broom to clean up the minimal mess when he was done. It was not necessary but much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I've used Waterbury twice now. Once for a furnace issue and once for a plumbing issue. Both times the service technicians were prompt in arriving, courteous of me and my home and able to fix my issues the same day. Would recommend!

WOW! I will NEVER go to any company ever again after going through Waterbury. Absolutely great job. My service guy was named Tim and he was outstanding. Right away when he came to my house, I knew this was the real deal. He wasn't just there to do his "job". He came to make sure everything was perfectly installed and working correctly for me.
Whole company was awesome. From the setup with the receptionist, to Tim coming out on time, to the job getting done perfectly.

Tim did a great job going over what our options were with all the fixes we did and getting a new water heater. He put a lot of effort into looking at the manual to see what the warranty was for this water heater. He really did his research. I appreciate the time and the effort he put in.
