Wonderful company. They replaced my old HVAC with a great Lennox unit. They were honest with their price, arrived on time with a crew to remove old unit and replace with the new one. At the end of the day, they cleaned and raked around the unit. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends. I was so impressed with this company, I just had them replace an old unit at a rental house I own.

We had a very old air conditioning system that needed to be replaced. We contacted several companies for estimates on replacing the system. Carolina Air Care gave us the best price, as well as the most information. They were very helpful and patient answering all of our questions and explaining our options. The team that installed our system was very polite and prompt. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Carolina Air Care was very quick to come out to provide me a free second opinion. The company I normally use had already come out and told me that my HVAC had broken to the point that it is not worth repair. The thing was 17 years old in Charleston so I figured they were being truthful, but it's always good to have a second opinion. Within an hour of calling Carolina Air Care was able to have one of their techs come out and take a look. They came to the same conclusion about what parts had failed on my unit and that it needed to be replaced. The pricing on their replacement unit was significantly lower than the company I have been using... I'm talking about 25% less! I was a little weary, but they had just replaced a system for someone else that I knew and did a great job. We ended up going with them because of the significant savings and found them to be very helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a system replacement.

CAC had the best price that I had found. Their installation was on time and professional. Although an issue did come up with the equipment during the install (due to no fault of theirs), they handled the issue with professionalism and with my best interest at heart. The crew did a great job of installation, clean up, and customer service.

Carolina Air Care is a first rate company. They have excellent customer service and the servicemen who came out and exchanged my HVAC system were professional and courteous. They sent someone out on Monday to give me a quote and on Thursday a new Air Handler and Furnace was installed as promised. Their pricing was affordable as well. I would defiantly recommend this company for any Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

Our 17 year old AC went out in late July (we all know how hot it was). We called Carolina Air Care, and someone came the same day to recommend what new unit we needed. We signed up, and 3 days later we had a new unit. Installation was very professional, and everyone we've dealt with has been nice. Price was exactly as promised. A follow-up quality control was done, and that was very professional as well. Love our new cool unit!!!

These folks gave me the best price, were extremely friendly and professional, and removed/replaced my old unit in a very quick turnaround. The new unit is much improved and I'm extremely happy (especially going into the hot summers we have down here)! I would recommend these folks to anyone who is in need of service or replacement.

We had a new HVAC system installed in August. Carolina Air was very affordable and efficient. The team sent to install were friendly and knowledgeable. The one small issue we had shortly after install was repaired quickly.
