Carolina Air Care

Carolina Air Care installed our heating and air install today. Paul and Tony were very professional and helpful. They explained the process and were very knowledgeable about the unit. Jeff was very nice and explained everything in detail regarding the next steps. After receiving a consultation from another company we were discourage but I'm happy we received a second opinion with Carolina Air Care. They have new customers with us:)

Carolina Air Care was absolutely fantastic. From the estimate to the sale, the install and verification, they really knocked it out of the park. Special shout out to Paul and Tony the techs on a great job putting in the system. Friendly, great service, surprisingly low price - I would recommend them to anyone.

It came time to replace a 16 year old unit. The company that installed that unit and had maintained it for the past 16 years gave me an estimate that was out of this world. I called Carolina Air Care for an estimate. Jake came out and evaluated my current system and provided four options (all very reasonable). I chose option four, which was the most expensive, but only slightly higher than the other options and it included a rebate. The system I wanted was in stock and the crew (Bradley, Tony & Marvin) showed up the next business day to install. They also installed all new duct-work which had been needed for some time (also for less than half of the estimate from my previous company). Very professional installation and cleanup. A few days after the install Andy came by to inspect the system and give it a fine tune to make sure it was operating at peak efficiency…like it was in his own home. You never want to replace big ticket items like this in your home, but rest assured…this company does it right. We are very pleased!

I really needed a new HVAC system. Carolina Air Care gave me the best quote for the work that I needed. We are very happy with the installed system. It's working great during this summer heat. The company was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The installation process was smooth and easy. We will definitely use them again if we need any work done.

This is the 1st AC company I have gone with, in the 15yrs I've owned my house, that provided quick and accurate service and repair! From the receptionist answering the phone and being very respectful and professional, to Andy repairing my system and being extremely preofessional and taking the time to explain what exactly was wrong. Great job by all!! While I hope my old system will hold out for another year or so I will definitely call Carolina Air Care when it eventually needs replaced.

We had Carolina Air Care replace our heating and air system last week. They did an excellent job and we're very happy with their work from start to finish. The best part is that they saved us over $2000 from 2 other companies quotes and we got a better brand (Lennox). I'd highly recommend them.

Had my 3-ton system replaced. Carolina Air Care did an awesome job and were very professional. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and never once got into pricing or comparisons with other companies. They were very confident in their proposal and product. I loved having the quality install check done a few days after the system was installed. I know this is a cost to them to have done, however it is extra reassurance knowing it is audited by another individual. I would hire again.

The estimator took the time to understand what was needed and answer question. The quote was reasonable, and the service option was convenient to me. The installers were punctual, efficient, and non intrusive. They were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were finished in short order and it worked. Then the quality check fine tuned the work of the installers. Systems have run properly since.

When I turned to heat for the first time, the compressor wouldn’t kick on, so I called the service line. They immediately came out and found the air flow was too low. They had connected to existing ducting and I was afraid they would say it was a ducting problem. Instead they found the transition from the unit to the ducts were too cramped. They moved the unit away from the house and reworked the ducting, increasing the air flow dramatically from what it had been for several years (since the previous replacement years ago). Now the house temperature is quick, and even, AND the heating bill has been reduced 20% from last year. Great Job

I had a good experience with Carolina Air Care a few weeks ago when they replaced my old heat pump and air handler with new ones. They were competitively priced, friendly, efficient, easy to work with, and very professional. Everything went smoothly even though they had to remove and install the air handler in an attic with no floor! My ceilings are still intact. Several days later one of their quality control inspectors spent about an hour checking on the installation. He left satisfied.
