I had the most positive experience with them as a repeat customer. Too often people go out of the way to complain. Their service is worth mentioning. They are professional, courteous, and even answered an email after hours - I'd say that's personal! My tenants love the unit installed and I like the competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again.

Carolina Air Car replaced our HVAC system recently at a reasonable price (and 40% lower than the first quote I got!?!). The install crew came out and worked through the 90 degree day (108 heat index!) to get our system installed and running. Fantastic experience overall, and we will certainly be recommending to others!

I have used these guys on 2 separate properties. They are top notch, dependaple, and respectable. They do what they say, and their installation work is excellent. They stand behind their work. They can solve problems inherent in retrofitting new HVAC into existing structures that were built before the days of universal central AC and heating, and offer innovative options.
I appreciate their know-how, customer-focused service, and reasonable rates; will not bother to get quotes from other providers for my next project, will simply go back to Carolina AC. The office staff, particularly Larkin is motivated to address customer requirements. I am always treated as a valued customer. I was 100% satisfied on both occasions and believe the terms were more than fair for what I purchased. Some years back, I had used another provider in the area (LimpR) -they could not come close to the service, product quality, and excellent work quality that Carolina Air Care delivers.

Carolina Air Care replaced my downstairs AC unit summer of 2019. When my upstairs AC unit went out this summer, I knew who to call.... Carolina Air Care! Customer service is excellent; no high pressure selling. We were given estimates for two brands that included everything. Install went great and the system received a complete quality control check. Without hesitation, I would recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone for their Heating/AC repair and replacement needs.

Larry the owner came to do the estimate for me. He was knowledgeable and offered me 4 options of different equipment grades for a replacement of my old HVAC system. He was not pushy and let me make the decision on my own without any pressure. Paul and Reggie are the two gentleman that came and did the install for me. They arrived on time. Protected my home with plastic covering on the floor where the work area was located and wore protective covering on their shoes. They were both extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable. They took their time to do the install correctly and accurately. Allison in the office was very helpful and even processed the rebate information for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a general service or a whole replacement.

Fantastic service, great prices, quick response time. David was our technician. He came out in time and ready to help. We needed quite a bit of work done and he quoted us the price for the job we needed today as well as options to replace our whole unit (we need to soon). After the quoted price was given I called other companies to ask their prices for the same job and Carolina Air Care was cheaper for the exact same part and manufacturer.

They are the only service I will call or send people to from now on

Our a.c. unit went out last week. I wanted to do my due diligence, so we contacted 6 different companies to give us quotes on a new system. Not only did Carolina Air Care come out and wave the $40 service fee to diagnose the problem, but gave us a quote that seemed to be way too low. We weighed our options, and decided to go with Carolina Air. Once scheduled, they showed up on time, and performed the work as described and quoted. They did it extremely quickly, with no hidden fees or charges. The next day, they had scheduled a quality control check and to make sure I was happy with everything up to that point. We are very satisfied with our new system, the ease of operation, the communication with the company, and the new temperature in our home!!!

I got two quotes for repair or replacement of 12 year old 5-ton HVAC system. Carolina Air Care was not only thousands less expensive than the other contractor who quoted the job, but they were also by far the more professional. Andy's quote didn't have any baloney in it like artificially high prices then big discounts, etc. It was just a very fair quote with three options and he didn't push us into any optional add-ons that didn't make sense.

Then on install day, the two techs worked super diligently and their I'd rate their installation as both very clean and very carefully and professionally done. Then a few days post-install, the owner came by to personally inspect everything and the system was running flawlessly.

We're super happy with our Lenox unit and with our choice of Carolina Air Care. Would hire them again without question.

I did my work on shopping around. I had three other companies to come out. The people from Carolina Air Care were the best! I had a system in stilled at our childhood home. I'm over the home. Carolina Air Care was the most professional,friendly, and trusted. Every time someone came to check out the unit, I wanted to know how they were. Carolina Care came out on Top every time. We have a new system, and they did a great job!
