Carolina Air Care

These folks are awesome; from the office ladies to the complete service team. The guys have always been so respectful and informative. An added bonus for me is their office is right around the corner from me. Two different a/c units replaced and 100% satisfaction.

We were very happy with the service we received from Carolina Air Care. We recently needed to replace our old system; this company was quick to come out to give a quote which was cheaper than others we received around town. They scheduled our installation as quickly as possible, confirmed the appointment, and showed up on time. The two men who worked on our system were very nice and professional. I was impressed with the level of service, including a quality control check a few days later to ensure everything was working as expected.

Carolina air care was great. Steven installed our new heat pump and found our copper line had a leak. He got the schedule rearranged to come back and replace the line the next day. Very happy with the service and all at a very competitive price.

Jake came out to give look over what we had and give an estimate on replacing it. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in discussing the options of three 3 models for us to consider. He answered all my questions about the differences/efficiency of each of the models and also made sure I knew about the rebates that were offered. We went with Carolina Air Care to do the A/C/Split Heat Pump replacement and they were prompt and professional with their work. We had this work done in May 2020 and over these past several months have noticed a significant reduction in our electric bill from the previous year - upgrading to a new model was worth it and we would us them again.

I was recommended Carolina Air Care by a neighbor. Their quote to replace my HVAC system was one of the lowest, but you're not getting shady service or cheap equipment. The technicians were professional and had my new system installed in a couple hours. I've been really happy with the new system. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care.

The professionals at Carolina Air care were responsive and on time from the initial inspection for the quote to the final installation work. They are very diligent in their follow up maintenance check after the installation. Carolina Air Care provides professional and good quality work at a good value for an expensive home improvement project. Out of three quotes from other HV/AC companies Carolina Air Care provided the best value.

I was hesitant on choosing Carolina Air Care at first because I received multiple quotes and everybody gave their opinions why their installation was superior given their higher price for the same product. The installation itself went very smoothly, in and out in a day. I decided to wait over a year to write a review because normally everything goes smoothly...then downhill after the first year. Fortunately this is not the case. There were a couple gaps in the attic where the seal and tape had come off, both times I call the company and was set up almost immediately with a date and time they would fix it, free of charge as it would have been an installation issue. I'm very happy with the customer service as well as the workers I've been able to meet so far. Their pricing is unmatched. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Carolina Air Care. Best price in town by far half the price of a few quotes and they system had been working great. House much cooler and the bill is better. We had a company to come out and gave us a estimate on the cost of replacing our HVAC system. He act more like a use car salesman and his price was way out of what we wanted to pay. We contacted Carolina air care. The guy they sent out was informative and the price he quoted us on the same system that company had afforded was well within our budget. The installation was smooth and without any problems. I can't thank them enough.

I received estimates from 6 different companies and I'm so happy that I chose Carolina Air Care. FIVE STARS from beginning to end. I needed a new HVAC system and was referred to Carolina Air Care by 3 different friends and coworkers. Jake came out to go over what it would include and cost. He was very informative and not pushy. (A few of the other companies I contacted were very pushy!) Kayla was very helpful with suggesting different financing options if needed and scheduled the appointment with ease. Chris and Chase were the installers who did an awesome job! They got done in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Mike was also very nice. He came out two days later for the QC inspection to verify that everything was good with the install. Very professional and knowledgeable company! Thank you!
