I’ve used my fair share of A/C repair places, and unfortunately I’m usually less than satisfied. My Terminex guy recommended Action and I thought I’d give them a try. I can’t say enough good things about them! I had a very unusual A/C repair situation and they kept at it until they fixed it. What was so great about it was the fantastic communication and professionalism they exhibited along the way. Their technicians are incredibly polite, and the front office communicated with me to keep me informed every step of the way. When the problem proved hard to solve, they worked with me to make the bill fair for both of us. I found out through talking to the technicians that the two I dealt with have been with Action for over 15 years each. THAT SAYS SOMETHING GREAT about this company. Other places I’ve used had technicians that were constantly bouncing around from company to company. To find a company whose employees feel valued enough to stick around for that long indicates that the company is a quality place to work. I can’t recommend Action enough.

This company did a fantastic job installing our new equipment in my home. The ladies in the office are always so kind and called me back promptly with a price to install. They had the lowest bid between FOUR other companies I received quotes from. The technicians arrived on time and were very well mannered and professional. Fair prices, professional service, prompt repairs. What more can you ask for?

This place is the best. Got ahold of them and the next morning they where here and check out my whole system and repaired the problem within an hour. Great work and very professional. AC compressor went out randomly. Gave them a call and showed up the next day. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Ended up needing a whole new system(both units >15 years old) which was installed the very next week in a few hours. They even laid down cloth material to prevent carpet damage and getting dirty. Exceptional service and quality. 10/10 recommended

When I bought my home the sellers were using Action and recommended them. I’m happy I took their advice. The promptness of Action’s replies, the ethical way they work and the people that do the work are all outstanding. So far, my first 6 months in the Charleston area, they are by far my favorite service provider. If I had to have a favorite, I’m happy it’s an HVAC company. I almost hesitated posting this because I want to keep them for myself and their other customers....but that wouldn’t be nice..would it?

The guys at Action Heating & Air are super awesome!! They recently serviced my AC and not only did they show up early than scheduled, they trouble shooted the unit, repaired it, and a great price for the professional service provided! These guys are quick and the best around!!👍💯
