HVAC Guy SC was the company that came out to our home and maintained our 2 units, and split unit for our sunroom. Scott was very genuine, no-nonsense, and we appreciated that more than anything. He was honest and had recommendations, but was not pressuring us to purchase anything. Scott was on time for our appointment, and very polite and helpful. We highly recommend HVAC Guy SC to help with all your HVAC issues!

Can't recommend HVAC Guys enough! Called Scott on the recommendation of the previous owner of our recently purchased home and am so pleased that I did. He was flexible and got over to our house as quickly as he could. On top of it, he quickly fixed the problem with our unit and then took the time to explain the issue and the resolution so that should it happen again I would be equipped to resolve myself. On top of it all, because it was a simple quick fix he refused payment! Most places are going to charge you $100-$200 just to visit! Stand up guys that I will recommend to anyone who is in search of great HVAC service. Thank you Scott!

Working with Dave and the guys was a pleasure. We called them on a Tuesday for an estimate, they came out Wednesday morning then started the job the next morning. Service was fast, efficient and professional. We received our first power bill after the new unit was installed and our bill went down almost $50.00! Thank you HVAC Guys!

Buyer beware. He was quick to tell us what was "wrong" and told us we needed a very expensive replacement part. AC had been running fine up until the 12 hours beforehand. He comes out, says he adds freon and the AC only works for another 12. We had someone else come out for a second opinion and when we explained what HVAC Guys had told us, he debunked EVERYTHING. HVAC Guys cut corners and took advantage of first time home owners. Only positive was that they were quick to offer a refund once I started asking questions about his assessment.

Dave and the guys t HVAC Guy SC did such a great job installing our new air conditioning unit! We called them because our old unit just wasn't working well and they advised us about repairs vs replacement and led us through the whole process with professionalism. We love our new unit and the bipolar air purifier that we had installed and I would recommend them to anyone who needs hvac work done!

Before we went to HVAC Guys, we were with ARS for about 10 years. The service ARS left with us was infuriating. HVAC Guy's were a breath of fresh air. They were very professional and upfront about what are issues/options were.
I could not recommend HVAC Guy enough.

I contacted Scott on Wednesday evening and he was here on Thursday! He fixed my problem in less that 15min!! Great guy and I will use his business for any future probs with my AC!! Thank you Scott😊👍
