Carolina Air Care

Carolina Air Care was recommended to me by my neighbor. I bid my HVAC replacement to multiple companies and Carolina Air Care was fast and responsive in handling the assessment and estimate. They reviewed different options for my situation as well. During installation, the techs, Chris and Tony, were friendly and got the job done right. Great experience.

I took my time researching the best units, best warranties, and of course the best service and Carolina Air Care did not disappoint. The installers were exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledeagble, AND completely cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing to replace a unit; the value was outstanding as I had gotten numerous quotes for other systems and none could come close.

Our system had been out for months but due to being out of town we were not able to get any quotes to replace it. When we finally got home got 4 quotes and felt Carolina Air Care was the best choice for us. Chris and Chase did the install when the company said they would be here...and they were on time. Took good care of our floors too. Daniel came a few days later to insure everything was good and did a system inspection as well. Can't say enough good things about doing business with this company.

Carolina Air Care provide good service at a good value. They were punctual and thorough when installing our new A/C unit. They gave us instructions about how to get the rebates from Dominion Energy for our new system. I particularly appreciated them providing prompt assistance at no extra cost when we were trying to get our temperature and humidity levels worked out for maximum comfort.

Great service on installation of a new heat pump. All Carolina Air employees that we worked with were professional, courteous, and on time. Follow up visit the next day was an added bonus. Best pricing of several quotes. Highly recommend.

Carolina Air replaced my 4 ton heat pump/AC unit. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was especially impressed that they came out a week after the install to make sure everything is running perfect and to see if I had any questions or issues. This is a company that understands that a satisfied customer is a long term customer. I am now both.

Carolina Air Care is outstanding. We just had them install a new air handler and condenser, and they did the job quickly and cleanly. The workers were very polite and took their time to keep our home as clean as they found it,

WOW, Carolina Air Care will be the company I call again for my next unit replacement! Just had a 16 seer installed upstairs and it has major power compared to my previous unit. Over the years I've spent way too much money on repairs when I should have just replaced the unit! Jake the salesman recommend the higher unit since we could get a rebate and we would actually be saving money! The installation went smoothly event though it was in the pouring down rain! Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend!

After having two other competitors come and give us quotes on replacing our A/C unit. By far Carolina Air Care was the leader of the pack and did not fail on giving us quality service. They was in and outbon no time and best of all they did not go over their original quote. I will keep them at the top of my list for future work and continue to recommend to others. I hope you end up impressed if not more as were!

Update: Just had my upstairs unit replaced by Carolina Air Care. Once again they were willing to do the work over the weekend with no extra charge. Great customer service and work done top notch again.
