I am very satisfied with the service I received from this company. My AC was not producing correctly. It got very hot in my house. I called one of the first companies I could have come out at that time. It was late and I settled (on a different company). The guy from the other company told us that we needed an entire new unit and that our compressor was bad and none of it was worth fixing. We even asked if we added a little bit of coolant if it would hold off for a little while until we could replace it. He told us it was not repairable. Then gave us a quote for a unit. I was worried about that. I called Carolina Air Care out for a second opinion. Im sure glad I did. They told me that the only thing wrong was it needed coolant and new coils. He showed us that the compressor was fine and running. He helped us cool it down that day and came back another day for the leaking coils. He was quick and professional and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. He was confident in his work. They also provided a 1 year warranty. After all of it, I showed him my quote from the other company and he said he could do the same thing for $3,500 less than quoted. Very happy with Carolina Air Care.

We have had our unit for quite awhile now and are beyond pleased! Carolina Air Care had the best prices in the greater Charleston area and provided great service. From the sales team to the install team we have been 100% happy. I highly reccomend then for a new unit and regular maintenance.

After getting several estimates for a new HVAC unit, Carolina Air Care had the overall best price. Paul, Doug, and Chet were on time for the installation and did a great job! They were clean, courteous, and professional! I have had my new unit in now for almost a month and everything has worked great! I highly recommend Carolina Air Care!

Carolina Air Care installed my new Lennox system this weekend. My experience started with Kyle who diagnosed my issue and provided me with my options. Because of his knowledge and excellent customer service we decided to proceed with them without getting any other quotes. It was a good call. Paul and Jamal came on Saturday to install our new system. It was cold and raining. They ran into some issues with the duct work under the house that took longer then anticipated. Even though this added a couple hours to the job they did not rush to get it done. They did the job right without cutting any corners. They were very professional & courteous. We enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone. Thanks for making Christmas comfortable for our family.

This was the second time that I used Carolina Air Care. I had problems at my rental unit in Tall Pines. After dealing with one company called by my husband while I was out of town, I decided to check back with Carolina Air Care to see what they could do for me. I received prompt, same-day service. Jake came out and gave me an assessment of the unit and an estimate that was far better than the other company that had been out. Once we set up the appointment for the install, things ran smoothly and efficiently. Stephan and the guys came out when expected and did a great job of getting my tenant a new unit up and running in this cold weather. They were professional and did an great clean up at the job site when finished. I would recommend that you make sure you call Carolina Air Care if you have an HVAC issue.

Honest & Professional
Andy came out to service our 18 year old unit. Installed a new capacitor to keep it going for a short time. He the gave quotes on new unit and would credit the capacitor if we purchased new unit. His quotes were fair (I researched 8 other businesses). He was great at explaining all options. They installed new Raheem unit in less than a week and the install team were friendly and fast! Loving my new system.

My air conditioner gave up the ghost, and I called Carolina Air Care. Not only did they diagnose my problems quickly and expertly, they provided me with a small portable system for the weekend to keep me cool while I waited for them. They also installed my new system professionally and in a very timely manner as well as double checked on the quality of the installation a day or two after it had been installed. My old unit was a dinosaur, it was installed in 1984, and it had been babied for years, it would not even come close to keeping the house cool. I had 5 window units to keep us barely comfortable, so my bill was over $400 a month. Carolina Air installed a new unit in August last summer, my electricity bill was cut in half. There installation was very professional. My duct work did not mate up to the new unit and they took the time to do it correctly, I even had a tree root that was in the way and had to be removed, not many companies would have done that. Clean up and removal of the old unit was great also. They even came out and did a quality check a week later, another act of professional installation. And you can't beat their service, a couple of months ago on a Saturday night, my unit froze up, I thought it was going to be a cold Sunday and I would be lucky to get anyone here for at least three days, that is the way it is with most companies, but their answering service answered the phone at 9AM on a Sunday morning and said that a tech would be calling me shortly. By 9:30 a tech called me and said he be out by 11. Daniel, the tech, called me at about 10:30 and said he was running late and would be there by 11:30. Daniel showed up at about 11:20 and found the problem very quickly and repaired the unit. I'm very pleased with Carolina Air Care, they are professional, courteous, and just like the name says, they Care.

This is a top notch company. Came out on a Saturday, told me I needed a new unit and did a temporary fix. Scheduled the install for next available day. The temporary fix didn't last as long as I hoped but the came out and put my new unit in 5 days early. Everyone was very courteous. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Carolina Air Care! As soon as Chris told me, it's time for a new unit. I knew it was coming when I bought my place but hated to hear the news. I was in great hands. If I had any questions they were there to answer them. From the first front desk call to Paul's install team I always felt at ease. They did not leave until the job was completed and mine did take awhile. They also have a quality assurance check the next day by a different team member to look for any problems...which there were none. The price was good and I will always have Carolina Air Care to depend on in the future!
