Technician came out and pretty much told me that there's nothing that can be done about the compressor making a loud noise on start up and also that nothing can be done about the loud vibration in one of the rooms from the HVAC. I asked him about the thermostats if they can be wifi capable or if I would have to switch them out and he said he didn't know. So basically I paid the technician $40 to come out and say hi. At least he was a really nice guy and I hope he got 1st place in the fishing tournament he was telling me about

Carolina Air Care saved my summer! Their price was way lower than others I got quoted. They came out very quickly and got me a quote. A few days later a couple of super friendly guys came out and installed it in a few hours. When I came home it was humming and blowing cold air. The place cools quickly and seems to be working great! The quality check was also efficient and friendly. I am very happy!

Today i had a new 2.5 ton 16 seer heat pump installed at my house. The guy who did the estimate was great. No usual sales pitch. Not pushy. Very professional. Answered all my questions. knowledgeable. Their office staff is the same. The estimator and install crew (Paul and 2 other guys--i forgot their names) arrived when they said they would. They were professional, cleaned up, knowledgeable and very pleasant guys. They answered all my questions and this company (several people) all made sure i got and knew what to do to get the manufacturer discount and Dominion electric company rebate. Also, i told Paul i was concerned about my leaning heat pump pad outside. he said not to worry, he would take care of that. he graded the ground and smoothed it out. Great job. I did my research before picking them and i had other estimates. I am not sorry i picked them.

Carolina Air Care was recommended by several of my neighbors. We needed a new A/C unit and furnace. The workers arrived on time and were friendly, neat and knowledgeable. When the work was done they took the time to walk me through the work they did and answered all my questions. They had a second person inspect the job the next day. Price and quality of the work were excellent. I would recommend them to a friend.

I had a great experience with Carolina Air Care. They provided quality professional work at a really good price. In some cases went above and beyond while installing my system. They identified errors in the installation of the old system and took steps to correct the issues without charging me extra money. They genuinely cared about their work and me, the customer.

One of the few companies I have dealt with in many decades that actually deserves five stars. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. Because my experience was excellent when they replaced both my units, I contacted them when my mother's a/c unit was acting up. They came the next day, assessed the situation, provided me options, and by 3PM the following day her entire system was replaced and up and running.

I was very impressed with entire experience with Carolina Air Care. They provided a reasonable estimate and had a new air conditioner/heat pump installed within a few days. They showed up at the time they said they would and installation was about 3 hours. A quality inspector came the next day to verify the installation was done properly. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I am very pleased with the unit and install from Carolina Air Care. I felt bad that they install occurred during the recent heat wave (5/28/19) but they did a great job and we could not be be happier. I have recommended them to family that is in the market for a new unit. I wanted to go with a two stage unit but my duct work would handle it. The whole experience was good and the cost was very reasonable. I only wish I had known that they existed prior to using a competitor. They also return after the install to inspect and verify the work done so knowing they have a two stage process for install and inspection is a positive. They also beat the cost for gas by 1/3 from same competitor and no high pressure sales pitch. No need to purchase UV unit or dehumidifier. Simple and straight forward. Will use as my service contract and for all work going forward.
