AC system shut off during heat wave; called two other shops and couldn't get an appointment earlier than 5 days out. CAC gave me an appointment for 3 days out, but were able to accomodate and visit the same day! Repair person walked me through steps I could perform as routine maintenance to ensure the issue I encountered wouldn't happen again. Incredibly professional and wonderful team! Will recommend to anyone!

Carolina air care did an amazing job at my house. Their prices beat all of the competitor's prices. They showed up on time and they replaced my whole hvac unit in about 3 hrs. A few days later, they sent out someone to verify everything was installed properly and in working order. I would highly recommend.

Carolina Air Care is Fantastic! We have now used them twice, and our most recent AC & Heat install was 6 months ago. They are very professional, quick to respond, and efficient with the install process. I also liked that the employee who followed up a week later to look over everything asked if any marks on our walls were from the install process so they could fix it. However, I was honest and told him they are marks from when we moved in. But, the fact that the employee asked, and wanted to get it fixed showed us that they are attentive to all details. I had my AC serviced by another company that actually ended up breaking my unit during servicing. The other company basically told me "Oh well" and offered to replace the entire unit for a crazy amount of money.

I started to call around and reached out to Carolina Air Care. Wow! Glad I did. They came out promptly the next day and gave me some options including a system replacement that was literally half the price of the other guys, and for a bigger unit!

I pulled the trigger and a few days later the installers were at my home with my new unit. They were able to install my new AC unit in about 5 hours, I couldn't believe how quick it was and they were really cool guys. After my home warranty service sent out a representative from one of their companies, then refusing to cover my HVAC unit, I decided to do some research myself and called Carolina Air Care. The initial inspection, placement of my new unit and the quality control visit all happened within 1-2 days of each other. I appreciated the e-mails and phone calls setting up dates and times each member would be at my home. Everyone was very friendly but at the same time very professional. I look forward to maintenance checks on my unit and would recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service.

Carolina Air Care gave me the best price for a complete HVAC replacement as I got three quotes. The installation was quick, flawless and they arrived when they said they would. They even had a quality assurance person return a few days later to ensure the installation was done correctly. They also gave me a form for a rebate from Dominion Energy as well!

Had one of my AC units replaced. Carolina Air Care came out within one day of my call to them and inspected the old unit. They recommended several replacements and even helped me with a credit from the electric company related to the purchased of the new unit. They were very efficient and the field techs were very friendly. The installation of the new unit went quickly and smoothly. They were there when they said they would be and left nothing for me to question, they even did a quality control check after the installation was completed. Carolina Air Care just replaced our HVAC system. They had the best prices/bang for the buck compared the other quotes we had gotten. The install team was through and quick. They also have a quality engineer come out a week later to verify the install and settings!

We had a new HVAC system installed and could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. Kyle came out to check on our old system and we had him give us a price quote on a new system. He was very kind and professional. We were very pleased with the price and decided to have them do the installation. The install could not have gone better. Daniel and David did a great job and were very professional and courteous. The day after the install Andy came out to QC their work and make sure the system was working properly. He was also very professional and easy to talk to.
