The price was much lower than anyone else, and the Lennox Heat & Air units were even more efficient than what was offered by other companies. The installation crew: Paul, Doug, and Josh were able to install everything in one day. We were without cool air for days when our old unit died. Yet, once we chose Carolina Air Care all was perfect the next day. They not only did excellent work, but worked hard until everything operated correctly and they were satisfied with everything. They were also very courteous throughout the installation. We're glad that we chose CAROLINA AIR CARE!!

I recently purchased a new HVAC system with Carolina Air Care. They were able to give us an excellent quality system at a great price, most affordable. The quote and installation process was quick, efficient. Mike and the team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Scheduling was prompt and easy, and the price quoted was very competitive. Paul and Chris did our installation, and while our space did not make the job easy, they cut no corners and did an outstanding job. They were professional, capable, and we felt we got an education by the time they were done. The cost also included a follow-up quality control visit, which was also educational. We would use Carolina Air Care again and highly recommend.

We had our 17 Year old system replaced by Carolina Air Care last week and could not be happier. Not only were they the best priced HVAC company of the 6 we received quotes from (Their Price beat the others by $3000 for the same system), but they also took time to explain the different systems and did not push air cleaners and useless products on us. Their installers arrived right on time and began working immediately. Their installation was not only completed correctly, but the overall installation was aesthetically pleasing as well.

Carolina Air Care is an excellent A/C installer and repair service. The prices are great, the employee's are courteous and respectful and their work ethic is amazing.
They come early , got straight to work and even though it was a long day for them they never complained or left the job until it was completed. I called Carolina Air late morning and there was someone at my house by that afternoon to inspect and give me an estimate on a new HVAC System. Bradley and Tony did a great job on the install. Everything from the estimate, to install, and follow-up was easy and well communicated. Great price and service.

Had a great experience with Carolina Air Care. They just installed our new A/C upstairs and 3 new thermostats for our home. All the way through from diagnosis to install to quality control the folks were courteous and informative. The unit is working phenomenally. I was impressed that they gave us tips on how to better preserve our older units and they will be the ones we call when they do kick the bucket. Great job folks!

Jake came out to diagnose our issues, assess our current setup, and ultimately recommend the best unit for our house. He arrived on time, was super explanatory with everything, and made appropriate accommodations during his assessment (shoe protection, etc). He spent about two hours, making sure the system he recommended was the correct one for our house. The installers were on time, mannerly, and quite professional. They encountered some issues placing the unit in our attic space, and resolved the issues. They cleaned up afterwards. Chris stopped by a week later to inspect the install and address any questions. He found an issue with one of our damper motors and ordered a new part, free of charge of course. I was very impressed with Carolina Air Care through the whole process! Search no more, folks!

Only place out of 5 estimates that fit in my budget for a new HVAC system. Had to wait a few weeks because of industry wide supply issues, but there were no further delays in the install. The technicians were friendly, honest, and professional. Post install inspection found no issues and the system has been operating for a month now in 90+ degree weather
