Excellent service. Had an emergency service call and Jamal the service tech that came out was a true professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and got everything taken care of very quickly.

Had Jamal out again today 12/5/18 to replace some insulation on my unit. Just like the last time very professional explained everything in detail,made me feel very comfortable about the job he was doing. Would highly recommend him and Comfort Systems of York County.

Our A/C system was making an unusual noise yesterday. I called Comfort Systems early this morning. While I was on the phone reporting the problem, I was told that a serviceman was being dispatched and that he was on the way. Tim came and serviced our unit and had it back in order before lunch. 9/27/2018 Jamal Smalls came out to service our furnace for it's yearly maintenance. He did a thorough check, showed us some issues that we need to keep an eye on and I felt that he was professional in looking after our interest. Great service! Thanks again Comfort!!

As soon as we moved into our new home, our HVAC unit failed on us. Luckily, we chose to rely on Comfort Systems to install our new equipment. They were able to get the correct parts for our home and install within 24 hours. We are beyond thankful for Mike and Jimmy for a seamless installation, and for now having working A/C in the heat of June.

Nick and Jordan were prompt, friendly, and very helpful.
They explained everything that they did and gave me an opportunity to ask questions.
I appreciate the hard work (in the rain - with an excellent attitude.)

Daniel was just amazing! Very professional, polite and truly cares of your well being. He even changed our attic light bulb and we didn't even ask! That is some service! He went over every single detail to the T of what we needed and did not yes us to death! I can not thank him enough! I got quotes for AC repair and new installation from two other companies and Comfort Systems of York County. After several visits and quotes, I went with Comfort Systems of York County. All companies were professional and helpful. I got the best deal with Comfort Systems of York County (licensed in NC and SC). They were knowledgeable and explained everything. The owner, Matt, was patient and went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer of a purifier they use to answer my very detailed and specific questions about the air scrubber device to clean the air. Matt made sure that he answered all of my questions. He even took the extra step to make sure the installation techs knew about my allergies so that no allergens entered my home. Comfort beat others’ estimates by thousands of dollars. Comfort said that my system could be repaired for a couple thousand but recommended a new system. The new system was very reasonably priced. I also got my duct work replaced as well. Jimmy was the main installer/technician who did my work. Jimmy was incredible! He was very professional and made sure to go above and beyond to guarantee that my family was comfortable with the AC (temperature) for the evening before they returned to complete the duct on work the following day. He genuinely cared about our wellbeing and comfort, especially for my little one. They even fogged out the new duct work to make sure no allergens were present. I notice a huge difference and much cleaner air. My house cools evenly now. It was a fantastic decision! I would recommend Comfort Systems of York County over anyone else any day! A huge thank you to Matt and Jimmy for excellent work from start to finish!

Wow!!! I have had no better customer experience than I have had with Comfort Systems! Jordan has been our technician on several occasions and he is straightforward, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. On the times that I've needed to call, every single person provided superior customer service. Great company with outstanding people!!!

Anthony was great! First, he came out after snow storm last week but conditions were too frozen to get to the system. Anthony came back today to service my heat pump even tho it’s on its last legs and we’ll need a new one very soon. However, after Anthony left we’re finally warm! So mission accomplished. Daniel Grichanichenko Arrived and within minutes diagnosed my system he then waited patiently nearly an hour on the phone with my warranty company just to speak with a customer service representative to make sure that I was being taken care of he then spent an additional 30 minutes with the customer service representative and helped me negotiate the repair. Is highly personable professional and knowledgeable and he even brought a quarter will air conditioning units keep my family cool until the final repairs could be conducted a few days later. I felt that the chord nation between him and his supervisor was flawless this company really stepped up for me. Impressive. Highly recommend.

Mike & Jay replaced our first floor HVAC gas heat & AC outdoor pac, after a maintenance inspection disclosed the heat exchanger had several holes in it. Additionally, they replaced an under-sized return air duct for the unit. They were courteous, on time and very professional in their work. We are very satisfied with the new unit and their work. Wholeheartedly recommend them!
