Annette, Jordan and Mike are the Best! They came out the same day, found the problem, fixed it, scheduled the inspection, and had the gas back on in less than a week. I had another company working on it for 3 weeks and they couldn't give me any answers, or confirm when it would be fixed, actually they just stopped coming out.
Comfort Systems knew there job, are were very punctual, with good communication.

I requested a quote for home duct repair/replacement on our system. Technician did show up on time; however, he only spent about 30-40 minutes under our home. He did not come inside to look over our registers or furnance return register. He did write up a quote that included the return register without viewing or measuring. This was a second opinion quote as I had another quote from another company. Comfort quote was higher. Comfort did not follow up with a phone call to ask if we considered their quote.

From the moment I spoke with Autumn, I knew I had made the right choice for our HVAC repair. I was quoted over $1,000 less than another company and received far better customer service. Jordan, the HVAC tech is very knowledgable about his work and professional. We had a problem with our AC and previously called one of the big companies in Charlotte which was a mistake. Called Comfort Systems and they sent out Jordan Dobson who showed up on time and after checking the components of the system quickly determined what the real issue was and how to fix it. Highly recommend him and his company.
